"This is my bedroom here, you can cultivate here in the future." Chu Miao said to the man beside her before taking him outside and teleporting him to the stream.

"This stream has the same source as the spiritual spring water we usually drink. However, I don’t get the water from the stream. There’s a spring somewhere else where I fetch the water we use for drinking." Chu Miao explained as she could see the puzzled look on his face.

"That’s why I told you that there was no need to save the water, you can use as much as you want and you can have your brothers drink or use as much as they want. You can even mix it with your bathing water. I think it has some benefits, although I still haven’t figured out what." She added this to settle the issue of using the spiritual spring water sparingly so as not to bother her.

"Okay, I understand now. You don’t have to worry, we will use as much as we can so that our team can get stronger faster." Ye Xuan reassured her.

The two were still holding hands and looked more natural with the vibes of a real couple between them. It was obvious that something between them had changed. Either because of the kiss, or sharing of such an important secret.

"Let’s go out fast as we’ve been here long enough. My mother should be waiting already. I’ll take you on a detailed tour another time, this should be enough for today." Chu Miao said to Ye Xuan and waited for him to nod before teleporting out of the soul ring.

Back in her bedroom, they didn’t linger and went straight to the kitchen where Mother Chu was preparing some food.

"Mom, we brought back more team members. We will use the saved food cooked by our chefs. Grandpa said he wanted all of us to have lunch together and hold a meeting after we are done eating.

You, Daddy, and second grandpa should also head down to the 15th floor, everyone is there. Ye Xuan and I will bring the food to the others fast." Chu Miao said to her mother cheerily.

"Hello auntie." Ye Xuan greeted his future mother-in-law before Chu Miao could continue with her tirade.

"Hello Xiao Xuan. Take her with you. Her father, second grandpa and I will be there soon." Mother Chu instructed Ye Xuan because she didn’t want to deal with her daughter at the moment.

She had already found out about the large number of soldiers who had joined them and needed to make enough soup to warm everyone up.

"Darling, ask your brother to come get the soup. It’s almost ready." Mother Chu added before the two could leave.

"Okay auntie."

"Alright Mom."

Both Ye Xuan and Chu Miao replied at the same time. Ye Xuan to the first request to take his girlfriend away and Chu Miao letting her mother know she would call her brother over.

As they passed by the living room and headed to the door, Ye Xuan stopped in his tracks.

"Where is the food you are taking to them?" He asked with a serious expression.

"Oh, I nearly forgot. I can’t expose my space ring for now. I’ll transfer it to your ring instead." Chu Miao only now did she remember that she was supposed to be hiding her space ring to avoid getting into trouble.

In fact, it was not advisable for anyone else to expose their ability to use space as it would attract unwanted attention. It would be weird to have more than two or three people being space superpower users in the same team.

Since Chu Hao and Ye Xuan already exposed themselves in front of many people, it was better for them to handle matters requiring storage from now on.

Thinking of this, Chu Miao touched Ye Xuan’s space ring and used her consciousness to transfer different dishes of rice, meat, and vegetables into it.

Using his divine sense, Ye Xuan examined the food transferred to his ring and was astounded. Just how much food did the Chu family prepare? Moreover, he could tell that it was still hot, as if just cooked.

However, he remembered hearing them talking about providing food that had been cooked by their chefs. That should have been over two months ago.

Seeing his puzzled expression, Chu Miao knew what was shocking him and said she would explain later when they had the time.

Ye Xuan didn’t dwell on the issue since Chu Miao already promised to explain later.

"We are not teleporting, right?" He asked as he looked at the beautiful girl walking at his side.

"No, there are too many people in the living room on the 15th floor. I don’t know where there are people and where there aren’t. What if I teleport on top of someone’s head?" Chu Miao laughed as she left their apartment and walked towards the stairs to the lower floors.

They didn’t bother knocking when they got there and directly pushed the door open.

Everyone inside the room turned to look at them. They had half-expected to see Chu Miao appear out of thin air in the room.

They had asked the other members including Yang Leo who confessed that they had been just as startled when they saw her disappear the first time.

They had then explained that teleportation is one of her superpowers and she could also teleport other people with her or objects.

This was the first time most of them had heard of teleportation and they were eager to try it. However, Chichi discouraged them telling them that if they weren’t used to it, it could be a bumpy ride leaving them dizzy and nauseous.

Some gave up on the idea, but others still wanted to experience what it felt like to move from one place to another in an instant.

"Did you get the food?" Grandpa Chu asked once he saw them.

He had been talking to the three professors and getting to know them.

Professor Wu was already a little older and almost the same age as grandpa so they got along well.

Even though he was finding it difficult to believe that Grandpa Chu was already over seventy years old. He looked too young for his age.

Of course, this was the result of cultivation but since they hadn’t made it public yet, he couldn’t tell him about it.

Ye Xuan walked to the tables and placed the dishes on the table. Since these were made at home by the chefs before they were dismissed, they were not packed in single person containers like the ones they got from the restaurants.

Even though the hot pots were sealed, everyone could still smell the appetizing aroma of the food.

This was a smell they had almost forgotten what it was like. Not just the soldiers, but also the professors and the new team members.

They hadn’t had a well fulfilling meal in a long time. Luckily, Chu Miao had taken them to scavenge for supplies the day before and they got meat and vegetables as well.

They had the most delicious dinner and breakfast in months.

Now, they were almost drooling looking at the hot pots filling several tables.

"Big brother, Mom asked you to go get soup. It’s ready to serve. Also, I forgot to get the disposable plates. Get them when you come back." Chu Miao said to her brother when she realized that the food was in hot pots and couldn’t be served like that.
