The other soldiers saw a yacht speeding in their direction and stopped. They knew that even if it was the enemy, they couldn’t outrun them.

They were already feeling guilty that they had left Qi Long with his squad behind to take on all the fire power. However, they were soldiers and orders were orders, they couldn’t be disobeyed.

However, they were surprised to see Qi Long and the other four on the deck of the yacht and couldn’t believe it. Where did they get the boat?

Qi Long stood by the railing and called out to them.

Hearing his command, they all stood up in their respective boats and saluted while replying in unison.

"Yes, Captain." After their shout, they all filed out of their boats and climbed into the yacht.

Ye Xuan appeared from below and walked to the railing. With a wave of his hand, the boats disappeared.

This time, he had not been doing it for show. It was him who placed all the boats in the space ring Chu Miao gave him.

He had only placed a few things inside including some dry food, snacks, water, clothes, and weapons.

However, now he had truly experienced the significance of having a mobile space that could hold numerous items.

There were at least twenty boats, and all of them had been stored in his space ring and there was still space for supplies if they ran into some luck.

The soldiers who had just boarded the yacht were shocked by this display of power. How could there be someone with enough space to carry so many boats?

It was so loud that one could feel the air around them vibrate. The soldiers who had left on their way back to the base heard it clearly.

They could now confirm that all the soldiers were unscathed and from now on, they were no longer on the same side. Moreover, from the strength displayed by the Chu family granddaughter, and her message, those hundred soldiers were now untouchable.

Suddenly, they started to envy the simple-minded and straightforward Liu Chen who didn’t have much of a burden.

He could be so determined when doing a mission that he wouldn’t care about his life. And now that he saw the people he admired, he didn’t feel any burden when he left his mission halfway and joined the opposite side just so he could fulfill his dream.

How they wished they had the same determination and decisiveness. Unfortunately, they cared too much about their gains and losses and could only serve under the oppression of the current military leaders.

Ye Xuan saluted back and welcomed the soldiers to the team.

He had to let them know all this in advance.

Bear with it for a while." Ye Xuan gave the instructions and went back to the helm of the yacht and fired it again.

Soon, they were back on the move.

The soldiers were moved by his concern, but upon examining themselves, they chose to stay on the deck.

It was only an hour of getting rained on, they had been through worse conditions while on missions or special training.

They didn’t want to go to the living room and leave everything dripping with water or soaked. They had left the base with only a few personal possessions and didn’t even have decent raincoats. So, they were practically soaked to the bone.

They couldn’t take all that water inside the yacht. Looking at the yacht from the outside or just the deck, one could tell it was expensive and the materials used for decorating inside must be expensive as well.

Therefore, it was better to avoid causing trouble or ruining things.
