Chapter 52: Free bathroom

The following morning, Aurora woke up feeling completely refreshed. As she opened her eyes, she found herself in an unfamiliar room and gasped when she noticed Damien’s half-naked form beside her.

Confused about how she ended up in his room and on his bed, she quickly checked herself and sighed in relief to find that she was still fully clothed.

Curious about the events of the previous night, Aurora couldn’t help but wonder if Damien was genuinely asleep or merely pretending.

Even though she had screamed, he hadn’t shown any reaction, leaving her with the choice of leaving immediately to avoid any awkwardness.

"Prove that we didn’t make a baby yesterday!" Aurora almost lost her balance and had to steady herself with the bedpost. The word ’baby’ startled her, and she began to worry if there was a possibility that she was pregnant without knowing.

Frightened by the idea, she placed her hands on her stomach and shook her head in disbelief. But then she caught herself wondering if this meant she could leave in a few months.

Not knowing how to address the embarrassing topic, she went mute and played on her fingers.

"But I am not feeling....." Unable to complete the embarrassing word, she trailed off and bit her tongue.

Finding amusement in teasing her, Damien faced her and raised an eyebrow questioningly.

"You know, what women feel when they do it," she explained shyly, avoiding his gaze and blinking repeatedly.

"You are lying, that smirk says it all." She accused, and pouted her lips annoyingly at him. He always derived joy from her helplessness and he loved teasing her, cruel Alpha.

If they did have something, why was she still fully clothed? Moreover, she did not recall them mating yesterday night even in her drunken memories. Could it be that she didn’t feel it? But, her head was spinning in utter confusion.

"Why would I hide the fact that I understand what you mean?" Turning serious, he asked which confused Aurora. His reaction didn’t look like he was lying, was she just being overly sensitive?

"I don’t feel sore down there," she confessed with her eyes closed. She almost bit her mouth from embarrassment, she completely felt stupid.

"Sore? Where?" He teased her further, folding his hands in front of his chest with an interested look.

Her innocent expression almost made him forget that he was going to punish her today. But he wasn’t going to let her escape today’s punishment, not when he was deriving so much joy from it.

"Woman’s private part," she answered and averted her gaze. Telling herself to be calm, she assured inwardly, ’It is just until you leave this room.’

If only she hadn’t drunk the shot yesterday at the party, she would be in her bed right now. Thinking back at it, where was Scarlet? What happened to her after Damien carried her out of the party? Was she safe?

When the room fell silent, she opened her eyes and was startled to see Damien suddenly standing right in front of her.

"Ho....ow did you do that?" She asked, stammering nervously.

"I really wonder if your scent is natural. I don’t like that it’s so...scentful," he said, his gaze turning cold, which frightened Aurora.

Confused about his sudden possessiveness and fury, she struggled to break free from his hold, but he wouldn’t let her go.

Feeling self-conscious about the situation,

"You are not wearing any shirt, this is an inappropriate position," she mentioned, searching for an excuse to leave. But his bare chest wasn’t doing anything good to ease her tension. He looked so manly and....

Glaring hard at him, she rubbed on the ear, "I need to have my bath now. Your Beta will soon be here, you should also get ready." And suggested hoping to convince him.

But instead of letting her go, Damien swiftly tore her crop top and jeans, and suggested they take a bath together, implying, "My bathroom is free to use, let’s make another baby in the bathtub."
