How does this sh*t have 5 stars when lotm and ri don't, not really my cup of tea, dropped it after chapter 387. But y'all could find it good, so give it a try I guess.

Love it, peak fiction, this novel drives us to question life and fang yuan, the mc presents his philosophy rather then asserting it onto us, the readers. He is probably my favorite mc in the WN industry, the world building is immaculate and the various characters make sensible and smart decision to the point where you are in awe of how much thought Gu Zhen ren has put into writing his Magnum Opus. Fang yuan rather then being the centerpiece of the entire Gu world is just like any other character as the world does not actively revolve around him, he instead needs to make tremendous effort showing his determination, perserverence (ofc) and resilience and imply various schemes to gain the upper hand from his opponents. I recommend this even if you don't like evil mc's as fang yuans journey is much more then that, you'll surely come to appreciate his character no matter how much you disagree with his actions. Also I hate you CCP, for banning RI.

Smut scenes are good but I despise the harem in this, especially the mother in law bullshit. Overall, you could read it in your free time but don't expect it to be good, it's senseless and dull, the mc is a total incel and the plot is basically covered by the entire synopsis as I assure you that their is nothing significant regarding the plot then what's in the synopsis. I skimmed through this for till chapter 100 and also skipped a lot, LIKE AROUND 60 CHAPTERS WORTH OF CONTENT as it was all bullshit. Come only for the smut scenes. You have been warned.

The urge to drop it down to 4.9 is looking me in the eye but I must resist. Anyways, I really love the cultivation, the world, building, characters like Kim young hoon and seo hweol all of them except the female ones (the author struggles in writing them alot but they are not really terrible, but compared to the male characters, they are definitely lacking substance, although best girl Gyu Ryeon is an exception she can step on me anytime). I also love the abilities especially heart path, the heaven collapsing esteemed ones signature move is badass but one thing which I hate is the mc's morality as it's annoying asf so much that I will drop a star cuz of it but besides that the mc is pretty well written. So overall you should give a chance and keep in mind not to be scared by the chapter length, you must perservere for at least 36 chapters as it gets really good after that and contain less info dump.

The smut scenes are good but it has rape and a boring plot, plus the mc is a total incel, retard and a loser along with being a rapist but the main lead, the girls are hot af if you look at their pics on fandom. So you have been warned, I only read till chapter 42 as it was unbearable.
