i get you on the regression part, unlike other mainstream regression stories like re zero or sss hunter, seo(mc) doesn't use the knowledge and continue down the same path and go further with the knowledge, which did irritate me at the start...but as you go through each regression, you kinda get his mindset and his intent on keeping each regression as its own story.
Now I have cought up with the novel, and with that knowledge, as I re read, there are so many facts that didn't make sense at first suddenly seem clear and seem intended....what I'm trying to say is almost everything you read, even the most minor act and minor character has a much deeper role to play in the world and it just blows your mind later on. I wish you do continue reading as I can almost guarantee that it will resonate with you later on but I do understand if you wish to drop it as you have persevered for over 350 chaps

(1) Wish I knew this before starting this novel since nobody ever really talked about this, at least no comments I've seen across the different pirating sites, but the MC in this novel does not use his future knowledge of regression to his advantage once so far in the 366 chapters I've read. Also genre wise this novel should have Drama as it's main tag because that's what makes up like 95% of the filling. This novel is all about making connections, the power of friendship, loss and drama. The MC is very weak at first but has his power up moments later on, but he always just gets thrown around leading to this dread and hopelessness while reading which I honestly hate. The MC can't ever be happy, and the author just seems to want the MC to keep suffering losses which I can't really stand anymore. It sucks because I really fell in love with the characters and setting, but I just experience dread reading this novel and don't think I can continue.
to answer your question...yes he does meet her later on, but their relationship will never be the same as it was, but that doesn't mean he ever forgets what meaning she held for him
its made extremely clear later on and by the author himself the impact his first love had on him so much so that even in the current released chapters she is still being named dropped.
There is much more stuff later on that shows how much seo honors her memory (referring to the immortal name he gives himself and his canvas of myriad forms and connections)

What happens to MC's first love? Do they ever get back together?
I remember him forgetting about her (I think it was due to being a puppet for 1000 years). Then he ended up in a senseless war.
Where the poison testers at?
