Attempting the first three choices is a gamble since each has a 10% success rate. Arthur is way stronger than Azriel, so the doctor is thinking he will do all 3 choices to gain enough power to overpower him and do some real damage to the Base.
The Issue now is that there's a hidden 4 choice that has even worse probabilities of success, which the doctor doesn't know, hence why he thinks he is doing 3 choices at once. The fourth choice is the mother of all gambles, The reason he is even attempting this certain death choice is because he is sure there is a God watching him, surely since the only way he was transferred into this world is because of a God. That's why he is doing this gamble.
Either he has a God watching over him, or he doesn't. Also, he isn't doing all 4 choices, he is doing only one, the fourth choice, since if he wins only that then the rest are irrelevant.

"Forming a mana contract with just one condition has a 10% chance of success. If you're insane enough to attempt all conditions, that chance drops to a mere 0.1%." am i dumb or something or is the writer dumb af like if all the conditions are attempted the chances drop?? right?? then why would anyone attempt all the conditions somebody explain please if i am missing something
What i still don't get is why he killed instructor Kevin??? Azriel said Kevin wasn't part of Neo-genesis. We also missing some info on cadet Kanae's death
These "DNO" chapters are copied and pasted chapters from earlier chapters and from other novels the author used for what ever reason in the original site, which pretty much killed the novel.
So.... the Mc's main goal is to find his family and protect them, but the moment he finds his father and see him in a 1 vs 20 situation, the first thing you do is sit and watch at how your father evades knife attacks and gets aimed by a gun while he's doing his last stand??? Like bruh....
In the original site it's a pay per chapter site, so that author said he was doing this, so each chapter would cost less, but it annoyed most readers, after he explains the reason for it, he stated he will go back to normal after a few chapters.
P.S from the comments in the original site, it seems the missing parts aren't overly important, so you aren't missing much
So... he found out that his world is a simulation of the Gods, in other worlds a game, the runes are probably the games codes, and only the Gods (developers) can grant origin card. Atleast thats how I understood all that info dump, maybe i am wrong.
OK, I'll explain:

I'll explain the Author's note part:

For someone that can see a couple of seconds into the future, how the hell did she get caught cheating????
