Well i guess it depends if you believe judging the life and death of people can only be within the domain of the god. If you believe that then you have faith. He just had an argument about faith not long ago and obviously don't agree. This shows very clearly that when one rise in power then they do have the ability to judge life and death hence their society has fallen back to feudalism.

I don't like the fact that mc is playing god and believing in his own bullshit
You know that phrase is only to verbally hurt the offending target without regards to the story behind it all. There are plenty of abused married women out there that can't divorce because the husband pull some dirty tricks or threats. Some end up in adultery because of that. You could also rephrase it like, "Once a failure then always a failure". Such phrase usually originates from abuse.

Absolutely , once a cheater always a cheater .
I'll never understand the dumbasses who actually has an affair . She might do the same to you .
Just throwing out my thought on this since I do agree with the author but only in the premise of this world building where you can become superhuman and actually find answers. Faith is so much more when everyone is equally weak. I at least recognize that some people may need that extra push to get them over an especially bad day and faith gives that push.
I think your imprinting your idea of the demon prince too much. There are barely any explanation on their thought process. For all we know, their strategy could be as simple as brute force as Michael has fabulously demonstrated most of his actions so far. That's also a very typical demon persona.
I agree he did complain about being tired all the time but he isn't the type of MC to go in half cocked. He made the decision to go in and try to fight because it's plausible meaning he estimated he had enough energy to last to the end like a runner in a marathon. You're always tired but know enough to balance your energy for the long run,

Your last point about samael having a lot more Understanding about his power than protagonist is true but did you forget that protagonist had a help of ancient demon prince. And don't tell me that an ancient demon wasn't able to see through his power enough to make simple strategies like that (just replace that part by making a wall and then tramute in spikes and shoot it from there , protagonist had done it in this fight too.)
And the reason why fighting for more than 30 min with protagonist with no mistakes in fighting doesn't make sense because mc doesn't have monstrous stamina and energy circulation technique and as you have said he had been fighting for more than 11 hour and it was stated many times that 'how mc was so exhausted but didn't want to make a single mistake so it didn't happen ' . It doesn't matter if you want do not mistakes when you are exhausted, it happens. So that's why this whole thing doesn't make sense
You make it sound like the demon prince would even be interested in this in the first place. He's a prince aiming for human destruction so why would he be interested in solving or even interacting in a human case? Even if he does, would Michael even listen? He's first suggestion to solving conflict is rob and murder. Not exactly a wise saint that Michael will listen to. Combat instructor is probably the only thing they agree on.

Just to confirm - Michael has a great ancient demon prince with him all the time and that said great demon prince isn't capable of seeing through mc manipulation.

The concept of justice is flawed.
"This wasn't justice ..This was just death"
Death is justice dude.

This doesn't make sense.
It seems Samael missed it after all. Jake is starting to check off all the stuff his original self did before becoming corrupted.
Every laugh is a planted flag. Every photo taken is a filled coffin. I wonder if the MC will see the clues early enough to matter.
Is it right to call her a bro-con? Not every brother complex develops in love. Hate and rivalry is much more common.
I think Jake is going to take Samael's spot in the plot and get tempted by the devil.
