I'll be honest, I really love this novel. Although it was a bit hard to start and get through the early chapters (why it's not five ⭐), everything was worth it once you get past the 150 mark. You get to find out so much about DK (Demon Knight) as a person rather than just the character that was created. All the little snip bits of not only his personal narrative but also the story itself gets fleshed out too.
I won't spoil anything, but I highly recommend reading this, even if for a light read a first. I promise everything becomes much more interesting later on. The misunderstandings between characters is also quite entertaining, as it makes some of the underlying heavy topics more humorous. That is, atleast to me.
The misunderstandings only seem to grow with time and I love that for this story. None of them are too major but just makes the novel more entertaining to read. Some of the snip bits of scenes that are described are also especially well done, I want to watch them as a real show.
The only downside as mentioned by the previous reviews is just how smoothly Woojin is making his way to major milestones in his acting career. It's just a bit too easy and any setbacks are promptly resolved within a couple of chapters.
Overall, this was an extremely entertaining light read and I highly recommend it.
