I still think so. That the one who gave him the talent to return was Lucifer. Yeah, the devil, blah blah blah. But he's the archangel who loves humans the most. Well, just someone who loves you. He would punish you when you need to be punished. Like our mothers or fathers who punish us when we do something bad (lying, stealing, starting a fight). That's why he accepted the position of Ruler of the Darkness.
That or God here is divided into two parts. The all-powerful part that doesn't love its children. And the more benevolent part that loves its children. But not all-powerful. And that one, with the power it had, gave him the ability to return to the mc.
So. This lady. She was also being manipulated through the box. Makes sense. But for a moment I thought she was just an extremist religious fanatic with power XD
If this had been another regression story, the MC would have changed that city. But in this story, it seems that God truly wants humanity to die and that's why he puts so many things against them. But the MC here was smarter. With his new superhuman abilities, he knew he could enter the portal in less than 3 seconds. And 3 seconds is how long it took the "LORD OF THE CITY" to arrive and arrest him. But he would no longer be there at that moment. So maybe the lord of the city would arrest the other guy XD
I don't know why. But something tells me the story will unfold in one of two ways. The MC will confront the angels and, consequently, God. Or Lucifer, disgusted with his father's behavior, will help humanity survive.
Perhaps the story's original protagonist (aka the hero) will finally make contact with the MC? But I still don't mind if that doesn't happen. Despite being an "extra" story, it doesn't feel like one at all. And it doesn't feel like the Extra steals the show like in other stories. They're just the same. Same world. Different stories. But on the same team. AKA the good team.
I bet the vice president imagined the MC doing a Kabedon on her and that made her wild (but she managed to calm down before getting out of control) (The MC is as perfect as Disciplinary Committee Leader. Doing a Kabedon would already be like breaking perfection XD)
Let's be honest. I think if something like the towers happened in real life. Or if we suffered an isekai. And we returned to Earth. And we discovered that our favorite manga was discontinued because the author disappeared... We would feel the same way Geumyang does now.And it also seems like my theory might be true. Which theory? (The theory that by pure chance. The MC when he was being created. He ended up with a bit of the Golden Sheep's DNA. And that basically turned him into the son of the Golden Sheep. And now that's why Geumyang was so interested in the MC since the MC's birth)
Okay, I didn't expect the MC to be blessed by the strongest entity, "The Golden Sheep." Interesting. Maybe when he was created. Purely by chance. A bit of the "Golden Sheep" DNA was picked up and ended up in the MC. And maybe in a certain way. The MC is the only real son of the Golden Sheep (remember, the MC now also has the power to perform spatial ruptures).
As the mc speak of romance, I thought the blacksmith would be a grumpy old man who passionately loves the art of blacksmithing. But he also turned out to be an AI... (I suppose in the universe of this game. There are no support classes like blacksmith. And alchemist.)

I liked the previous solution a little better... But revolution is always good (and even more so if it's against gods who want to see humanity dead)
