Yea, I'm thinking that if he goes back to the tomb of ariel he can get the experience he requires because of how it fucks with time, maybe. If he can manage to keep his memories he just keep traveling up the river and repeat the same s*it over again. Idk tho just and idea.

Time to go back to the tomb of Ariel. It is after, a real place and the desert is relatively close to the forgotten shore. So, I guess we're getting a showdown with the skin Walker.
