Starting off, I'd like to say that 'First Class Lawyer' has a very well-thought-out plot and cast of characters. The story brings a sense of satisfaction from start to finish, with a good amount of mystery woven throughout. It also explores the concept of master-disciple relationships in a unique way. Reminiscent of James Patterson's novels to some extent, this book is more along the lines of an intellectual thriller. Overall, it's a great novel that I'd recommend.
i'm currently reading a novel that has left me underwhelmed. The plot is thin, and the characters' intelligence is lacking. Usually, novels in this genre have characters whose thought processes are somewhat relatable, but in this case, every individual seems dim-witted.
Furthermore, the female characters are portrayed in a demeaning manner, with every girl behaving in a way that's overly flirtatious or promiscuous. This stereotype is not only frustrating but also unrealistic.
I appreciate a good conflict in novels, but in this case, the conflicts arise without logical reasoning. The characters' actions are often unjustified, making it challenging to become invested in the story.
If you're looking for a novel that requires minimal mental effort, this might be the book for you. However, if you prefer novels with well-developed characters, coherent plotlines, and realistic portrayals of women, you might want to look elsewhere.
I'm currently at chapter 94, so I'm hoping the characters will undergo significant development, and the plot will become more engaging. Fingers crossed! I will be coming back to give An updated review if I do in fact complete this novel but for now that's what I feel
