Chapter 1840: Cap 1838: Death of Ghanor

Pov Silvia:

Niryna was calmer than I thought possible for someone who would face an Avatar, my senses picked up his presence in the distance, his Aura was strong and he was coming straight here while Niryna stood looking out the window.

"What do you gain by facing him?" (me)

"I don't know, but it seems important and besides, he is an enemy of mine as well as being one of his targets, as well as an enemy of Davoth's plan." (Niryna)

"What does he want with me?" (Ephiliel)

"As I said before, materials for a Ritual, its function... well, you don't need to know." (Niryna)

"Let's just say he seeks to become worthy of his position now that he realized his Entity wanted to get rid of him." (Niryna)

"(Something doesn't make sense, Niryna seems to have very simplified information, Callidora is clearly trying to influence him and for some reason she's letting him.)" (me)

I couldn't understand what was happening here, but one thing was for sure, I didn't have time to think about it.

"He's here, Ghanor..." (Niryna)

Suddenly a Demon shining in gold appears in the sky, now looking at us. He looked down as if he were important, but to me he looked more like someone who thought he was more important than he really was.

His Aura was truly powerful and was influencing the nature around him, something I wasn't able to do in this abnormal place full of this horrible Law power.

His Aura was even more powerful than my Father's, not to mention that I also feel traces of Infernal energy, his eyes don't even stop at me and turn to Niryna.

"You did this, you must be the Envoy of Hell." (Ghanor)

Behind Ghanor were 6 people, all dressed as nobles, but among them an Elf caught my attention, he did not possess the presence of nature, in fact his presence seemed to reject nature, which is not normal for a race so connected to nature.

"I am not a Messenger of Hell, I am an Infernal Goddess and you are right, I lured you here." (Niryna)

"..." (Ghanor)

Ghanor looks at me and Ephiliel, his eyes frowning before looking back at Niryna, but he must not have noticed her shadow spreading in all directions.

"(Niryna...)" (me)

"Please... don't... don't touch me..." (Ephiliel)

"< Activate >" (me)

I grab Ephiliel pulling her towards me, she was kidnapped here by Niryna and clearly her mental state is not normal, so I pull out a coin and place it on her forehead while some of my blood flows into the coin activating the magic circuit.

Soon the power of space bends around her while divine energy flows to the surroundings making the Laws press while Ephiliel disappears, pieces of the coin that fulfilled its purpose fall to the ground.

As soon as she disappears the golden Aura of this Avatar of Pride surrounds the entire building, but at the same time the people around that I had not noticed before disappear leaving only Demonic creatures in the place that burn in scarlet flames rising to the sky in a flaming column.

Dozens of these columns of flames appear in the surroundings like a cage with all of us inside, the Infernal power spreads through the air corroding the Ascendant Laws that were in the area creating a more distorted environment.

"Thank you for sending her away, I'm sorry for wasting the coin Nicole made for you." (Niryna)

"I also possess the Spatial element, besides, I couldn't leave someone unstable on a battlefield, could I?" (me)

"Yes, but why didn't you go with me?" (Niryna)

"I won't leave my sister alone." (me)

While talking to Niryna, Ghanor was contemplating the change in the environment, the entire city was in ruins, the people who previously seemed fine were turning into Demons, in fact they were always Demons, I recognize the dark Demons that Niryna commands.

The entire city distorted with bones rising from the ground, blood flowing from high places, carrion plants moving on their own along the walls and cracks in the ground from which scarlet flames flowed, even the mist spreading in the surroundings was filled with wails that seemed to have ghosts inside.

"I told you she wouldn't leave." (Hela)

"Isn't this better? We can fight together." (Lilith)

"I hate hiding." (Magnus)

"You can stay with the others, but Ghanor is mine." (Niryna)

Suddenly other of my brothers appeared one after another coming out of Niryna's shadow, I didn't know she was bringing them along, I thought they were busy with the initial plan or with the change in plans because of the Entities interfering.

"Be careful!" (me)

"< Nature Magic: Protective Tree >" (me)

"< Ancient Curse: Skull of Revenge >" (Lilith)

Suddenly I feel a strong gathering of energy and acting quickly a Tree sprouts from the ground with all its branches growing around us, its leaves being made of metal and its roosters being made of petrified wood.

Lilith also acted together realizing the danger almost at the same time as me, teeth appear around us while a skull appears from behind closing its jaws around us, a skull so large that its jaws closed around the great protective tree I created.

But none of this helped, a yellow energy cuts the skull and burns the protective tree to ashes.

But before the yellow energy could reach us, Infernal energy appeared around us when a Demonic Dragon emerges from Niryna's shadow and a Bone Dragon materializes behind Hela.

"Are you that impatient, Ghanor?" (Niryna)

"Where is your confidence and pride? Don't tell me you're afraid, right?" (Niryna)

"I fear nothing and no one, Infernal creature!" (Ghanor)

"Now tell me, how do you know about the Ritual of Dominance!?" (Ghanor)

"I don't know... how could I know something of Infernal origin...?" (Niryna)

"(Why is she provoking him? Why is she... biding her time...)" (me)

Niryna didn't seem nervous the whole time and was even carrying him slowly, she didn't even try to do anything this whole time, her smile was very confident.

Looking around I noticed that her loyal servants were not around, only the Demon Dragon was at her service, which was strange.

She lured Ghanor here by kidnapping Ephiliel and calling me here, also the brothers who are here are laughs those with Demonic powers, with the exception of me who was part of the bait.

The city we were in was fake, all of it was a big trap, but so far there has been no attack and not even restrictions beyond this area sealed by these columns of flames, I can't understand why Niryna seems so calm or what her plan would be.

I also don't know what this ritual could mean and I don't care, I can feel something looking at us, something beyond nature and beyond this universe, it scares me.

"It seems your time is up, your fear of acting has taken away your only opportunity." (Niryna)

"< Proclamation of Condemnation: Fangs of Betrayal >" (Niryna)

"< I Condemn >" (Niryna)

"Come, abandoned children, come and take the newest member of the family~~" (Callidora)

Suddenly the skies darken and open revealing Gates that look like the lips of a creature with a misshapen mouth, then these lips open in a smile that has no teeth, what there were were piles of sharp bones that when separated revealed half-powered people tied by chains that came loose and ran towards Ghanor.

These people were wailing, muttering and screaming in utter despair as they moved in space as if they were being dragged.

"< Origin Release: Crown of the Sovereign >" (Ghanor)

"AAAAHHHHH!!!!!!" (Ghanor)

Niryna was just laughing looking at that twisted smile in the sky, she was laughing in disbelief with her opaque eyes, I couldn't even move, my body refused to move.

Callidora hugged Niryna from behind, but her voice didn't come from her translucent body, her voice came from inside that hideous mouth in the sky.

Ghanor began to radiate a large amount of yellow energy that concentrated above his head, a wave of energy beyond anything I had ever felt came and destroyed his energy, his body was twisted in the process before being grabbed by the grotesque creatures.

These creatures tore off his skin, held his bones like handles and bit his flesh, the chains that were wrapped around the creatures stretched towards him like snakes holding their prey.

"You betrayed Pride, a foolish decision to say the least, he enjoys humiliating his traitors, taking away all the pride they could have, he doesn't even act personally taking away even that pride from those who dared to betray his Concept!" (Callidora)

The vitality within him began to burn, the chains penetrated his body tearing his Soul out where blue energy worms came out of the chains piercing his Soul and moved unhindered as he screamed, the energy of death enveloped his body as it became his life state before being pulled in eternal lamentation into the great mouth in the sky that disappeared afterwards.

"I have fulfilled my part, do not dare go back." (Callidora)

"< In the name of my pride, you will have what was promised. >"

"(Was that Pride!?)" (me)

Callidora who seemed to speak to nothing had her answer as if it were a proclamation that crosses the universe to make itself present.
