Fires are spreading all over the Ino tribe. Ino tribe had sent most of its warrior to attack Chagai forces

The reason why they did not fear being attacked by Ultar tribe is because the Oglan tribe would be a buffer.

Then subduing the small tribes and forcing fealty, they absorbed the warriors of these tribes and rides toward the main settlement of Ino.

What one must observe was what Ultar did after that.

When they ride toward the main settlement, they did it in a leisurely way.

They are more interested in taking the allegiance of the small tribes around the Ino tribe instead of quickly defeating the Ino tribe.

They seem to be taking their time

Almost...almost like they wanted every one to know they are attacking the Ino tribe.

Even the most obtuse would understand the intention of Ultar tribe right now

There is a conspiracy here.

And the conspiracy is very simple

It is to force the Ino tribe to return back to the Ino tribe instead of reinforcing the Haltur tribe. It is an open conspiracy.

Either you let your tribe get destroyed or keep defending the Haltur tribe. This must be one of Chagai tribe plans.
