Chapter 435: Time to wrestle hahahaha
Marshal Wu’s hand trembled as he pointed an accusing finger at them. "You, you, you... do you want to kill me with stress? This old man will teach you a lesson you will never forget!"
"Oh crap!" Lian and Mei said in unison before bolting away, adrenaline pumping through their veins as they turned on their heels and ran toward the street.
The old man took off after them, his legs moving with surprising speed, like a track star sprinting towards a gold medal. The sight sent a new wave of panic coursing through the twins’ backs.
They weren’t the type to let things unfold without involving others, and as they ran in circles, they yanked Han Zhan into their chaotic path. "Big brother, save us!" Mei pleaded, her eyes wide, mirroring the frantic nature of the situation.
"Yeah!" Lian echoed breathlessly. "He’s lost his mind!"
Han Zhan, caught in the whirlwind of family chaos, instinctively tried to calm the old man. "Let’s go back to your place and discuss this," he urged, his tone steady as he sought a rational solution. "You should all keep your hands to yourself."
But Marshal Wu, increasingly irate and fueled by his sense of protectiveness, glared daggers at the twins, unable to be reasoned with. "No!" he bellowed. "These two think they can get away with anything! As the heavens witness, I will beat some sense into them!"
Mei’s eye twitched in disbelief. "Uh, he really has lost his mind."
"Lian!" At that moment, Lian spotted a potential escape route and bolted away, abandoning Mei without a second thought.
"Wait, you could have at least told me we were running!" Mei exclaimed, catching up only to feel the sharp sting of betrayal.
"Why would I do that? He only needs to catch one of us!" Lian shot back, eyes wide with determination.
Mei paused, speechless, realising that was perhaps the worst logic to follow. Without hesitating, she took off after Lian, who was racing ahead.
As they darted between alleyways and vendors, the sound of their grandfather’s footsteps, echoing like thunder behind them, only intensified the thrill of their flight.
Mei’s laughter rang through the air as she abruptly shoved Lian into a narrow alley, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Catch me if you can!" she taunted, darting forward with an evil laugh, the thrill of the chase igniting her energy.
"Mei, you little—!" Lian cursed as she stumbled out of the alley, sprinting after her sister with determination. The sound of their grandfather’s heavy footsteps pounded like a war drum behind them, the urgency propelling Lian faster as if each step was a countdown to inevitable capture.
Meanwhile, Xiang Yu swung awkwardly over Han Xin’s shoulder, his perspective limited to the expanse of Han Xin’s broad back. "Babe, put me down," he pleaded, but there was no response from Han Xin, whose silence was loaded with frustration.
"Do you even know where you are going?" Xiang Yu tried again, a slight chuckle escaping his lips as he attempted to push the simmering tension away with a casual tone.
Finally, Han Xin halted, the sudden stop lurching Xiang Yu forward slightly. Expecting a reprieve, he didn’t anticipate Han Xin’s next words. "Which way?"
With a resigned sigh, Xiang Yu had no choice but to lift his head and point toward the shabby building just ahead. "That one," he said.
They reached the house, its exterior crumbling and unremarkable compared to the aura of grandeur Xiang Yu usually carried.
A gnawing irritation twisted in Han Xin’s stomach; he didn’t want Xiang Yu to stay in such a place. In his mind, after all they had been through, Xiang Yu deserved the universe and every luxury life had to offer.
"Turn me around so I can put in the code," Xiang Yu instructed, and Han Xin complied, turning around.
Xiang Yu began to punch in the twelve-digit access code, focused and methodical, while Han Xin stood facing the street, making a show of shielding Xiang Yu from prying eyes.
Passersby cast curious glances at their strange posture. It almost felt comical, and within the absurdity, a small smile tugged at Xiang Yu’s lips.
"Done," Xiang Yu patted Han Xin’s ass once he finished inputting the code.
But Han Xin’s expression darkened, the intensity flickering back into his gaze. He spun around, a silent storm brewing within him just waiting to break. Without a word, he surged into the house, kicking the door shut with a crash that echoed like a declaration of war.
"Where’s your bedroom?" Han Xin demanded, irritation colouring his tone.
"The last one at the end of the hall," Xiang Yu replied, a mix of amusement and curiosity dancing across his features as if he were watching a tempest brewing in front of him.
Han Xin strode down the corridor, his long strides devouring the distance, until he reached the door at the end. With a forceful push, he threw it open, the hinges squealing in protest.
He didn’t hesitate as he tossed Xiang Yu onto the bed, the mattress barely yielding under his weight before he slammed the door shut behind them.
Xiang Yu bounced on the bed, his heart racing—not just from the abruptness of being tossed, but from the tumultuous emotions rolling off Han Xin in waves.
For a moment, they simply locked eyes, the silence thick and charged, and Xiang Yu could feel the crackling energy ready to erupt.
Han Xin’s breath caught in his throat as he took in the sight of his boyfriend. The distance between them seemed to melt away with each step, and he could almost feel the heat radiating from Xiang Yu’s body.
The scent belonging only to Xiang Yu ignited a fire in Han Xin’s veins. It was a scent that belonged solely to Xiang Yu, one that he had craved for so long.
As he drew closer, Han Xin’s senses heightened further. The sound of Xiang Yu’s steady breathing, the slight rustle of his clothes and the strong, alluring scent of his skin filled Han Xin’s world.
He felt intoxicated, his mind clouded with desire and a primal need to possess. The rut, a raw and ancient force, stirred within him, demanding release.
Without conscious thought, Han Xin approached the bed his expression intense and his eyes burning with a feverish hunger. Xiang Yu’s breath hitched, and he leaned back involuntarily, his body reacting to the unspoken desire that hung heavy in the air.
Han Xin was relentless, his longing turning him fearless. He closed the distance between them, his eyes never leaving Xiang Yu’s face. He could see the surprise in his lover’s eyes, but there was no fear, only a spark of recognition and a hint of surrender.
Xiang Yu’s lips parted slightly as if to speak, but no words escaped, as if he, too, was ensnared by the raw, primal energy that pulsed between them.
