Chapter 775: Chapter 772, Collins, 8457 points!_1

After an unknown amount of time, Ren Feifan woke up in a daze, finding himself lying in a patch of grass. He was lying on his stomach, his movements unimpaired.

In front of him were a pair of immense eyes staring at his own.

"Damn it!"

Ren Feifan was startled and quickly drew back, only to realize that the eyes were that of a huge Black Snake!

How big was it?

Its body was as thick as a barrel, and it was several tens of meters long!

Ren Feifan, who had seen a lot, was still taken aback by this sight.

The Black Snake hissed, opening its massive jaws and sharp fangs, lunging at Ren Feifan as fast as lightning, as though it was about to swallow him.

In an instant, a Holy Abyss Sword appeared in Ren Feifan’s hand. Without any hesitation, he slashed at it.

The Black Snake clearly sensed danger and swiftly retreated, but it was already too late!

"Splat!"

As the sword Qi fell, blood spurted out, and the Black Snake was instantly decapitated.

Ren Feifan stood up, glanced at the corpse of the Black Snake, his eyes revealing a hint of seriousness. Looking around, he found that he was alone.

He had initially thought he was trapped in a huge Formation, but upon further examination, he saw no traces of any Formation energy. He concluded that this was indeed somewhere in Huaxia.

He had been teleported here; they were probably still on Ice Ghost Island.

Strange.

"Ding."

A sound emanated from Ren Feifan’s pocket and he quickly pulled out his identity card. He saw that a serial number had appeared on the back of the card.

"Number 1314, Score 20."

An understanding dawned on Ren Feifan. The preceding number was his code, and the following number was his score for the first round.

Killing such a huge Black Snake was only worth this many points?

With a helpless scratch of his head, he looked around. Nobody was in sight within the entire radius of the forest.

It appeared that the vortex randomly dispersed them around the arena. He wondered where the rest of the Huaxia participants had ended up.

He hoped nothing untoward had happened to them. Although these people had underrated him, and he harbored no goodwill for them, they were still his compatriots after all.

If anyone was to kill them, it should be him. He would never tolerate outsiders laying a hand on them!

Ren Feifan moved toward the outskirts of the forest without knowing its extent, heading toward a conspicuous landmark.

There was a modern-looking tower to the north, which seemed to have people around it!

As Ren Feifan proceeded, he stiffened after a few steps as he sensed two terrifying forces approaching from behind!

He swiftly dodged to one side just as two arrows hit the ground where he had been standing, leaving behind fractured earth.

Such formidable power!

The precision of the arrows was impressive, they had been fired in perfect coordination. An ordinary man would likely have fallen prey to this ambush.

Ren Feifan glared at the corner about five hundred meters away and bellowed, "Hiding behind a shield? Do you find that amusing?"

No sooner had he spoken than two black shapes flickered into existence and within seconds appeared before Ren Feifan.

They were two burly men of African descent.

Each one held a green bow and arrow. The faint green glow unnervering anyone who saw it.

Behind them was a quiver with several differently colored arrows.

"Child of Huaxia, hahaha, you are about to become our prey, aren’t you thrilled? This is the first time we’ve hunted a man from Huaxia! We’ll parade your head around the square!"

One of the African men clenched his fists, his arms bulging as though with energy.

Unruffled, Ren Feifan frowned and asked, "So you too wish to exterminate Huaxia’s people? Can you tell me why?"

The African man laughed and replied, "Why are you looking for a reason? The people of Huaxia are the weakest race in the world, it’s about time they’re annihilated..."

Before he could finish speaking, Ren Feifan moved. Leaving a residual image in his place, he drew the Holy Abyss Sword. A flash of golden and fiery light grazed the African man’s neck.

And then he was once again cloaked in darkness.

The man didn’t even have a chance to react. Blood jetted from his neck.

His eyes wide in shock, he realized that he had been killed by a man from Huaxia.

"Thump!"

The African man fell to the ground. Ren Feifan reached out and gently closed his eyes. Then, leaning slightly closer to whisper in his ear, Ren Feifan coldly said:

"If the people of Huaxia are the weakest, then what does that make you? Not even substantial enough to be considered trash."

Having dealt with one of the men, Ren Feifan noticed a blink of light on the identity card at his waist. His score must have been updated.

Disregarding his new score, he advanced toward the remaining African man.

"So, I hear you wanted to harm the Huaxia people too?"

The man attempted to flee, but found himself immobilized by a crushing force.

In fact, even breathing felt luxurious!

Damn it!

The next instant, a long sword of alternating gold and red appeared at his neck.

Even before the sword came into contact with his skin, the man was experiencing a searing pain.

"No, don’t...don’t kill me. I love Huaxia, I love Hu..."

Before he could finish his sentence, Ren Feifan silenced him for good.

Ren Feifan felt no sympathy for a man like this. Had he encountered other people from Huaxia, they likely would have become his prey.

The first round was a hunting match. In the past, everyone targeted the Huaxians, now it was time for a change of pace. Let them experience the sensation of being hunted themselves.

Having dealt with both men, Ren Feifan found his score had risen to 125.

It seemed these two men were worth more than the Black Snake.

Ren Feifan continued toward the landmark. On the way, he encountered several foreign fighters, all attempting to take his life. Sadly, they were no match for him, though their own lives were forfeited in the process.

Relying on his Holy Abyss Sword, it was a massacre. Ren Feifan had already grown used to the accompanying bloodshed.

Any foreigner seeking to harm a Huaxian, none would be spared.

That was Ren Feifan’s principle.

In just under twenty minutes, Ren Feifan’s score increased to 421.

Soon, Ren Feifan arrived at a large square.

A large group of competitors had already gathered there. Several of them exuded intimidating auras. To avoid being ganged up on, Ren Feifan concealed his true appearance and blended into the crowd, and garnered some valuable information.

The square mainly consisted of western architecture and served as a temporary stopover. There were apparently twelve such stopovers, primarily serving for rest and energy replenishment.

Ren Feifan found a stone bench to sit down on and his gaze casually wandered, quickly settling on a large black stele.

At the top of the stele were three characters in bold strokes – Contribution Board!

With powerful impact!

Further down were two columns – names and scores.

Ren Feifan instinctively let his gaze wander down until it fell on the top scorer.

First place, Collins, 8457 points!

"Pfft!"

Just as Ren Feifan was about to take a sip of water, he spurted it out in shock!

It hadn’t been that long, how had Collins already accumulated more than eight thousand points? Ren Feifan himself only had a little over four hundred points and that was from killing several strong opponents.

How did Collins pull this off? How many people had he killed? It was terrifying to even think about it.
