He took a deep breath and looked at the bright eyes of Vesta, the faces of Yulan, Stella, and Lily flashed by as he understood that he wasn’t alone.

Reaching the office, Neo sat on his chair as Vesta sat on his lap. It was such a fluid motion that it seemed like she had practiced doing so.

Neo just raised his eyes but didn’t say anything else, gently hugging her, he started to narrate the situation.

The situation regarding the plan that was made, about Stella’s death, and the current predicament that Lily was facing.

He currently didn’t rush Vesta to support Lily, as Lily had stated the exact time she would be able to hold on.
