Noah asked when Lukas walked back to him, and then Lukas, with a smile, sat beside him.

"You knew something like this would happen, didn’t you?"

Lukas asked, he was not even slightly disappointed in his brother for playing such a prank on him.

"Yeah, I knew. I just wanted to see your reaction. Sorry about that."

Noah said he was not that sorry he liked to pull pranks on his brother if the situation was right, and the situation is never right in his family.

"You don’t need to apologize, you did the right thing to call me here. I did make her a promise."

Lukas said while he was looking at the stars in the sky and was not feeling sleepy at all, he wanted to just stay here for a while.

"So you promised to give her money in the end? How much?"

Noah asked, he was curious how much his brother wanted to give this girl from his school.

"$800,000, her mother needed emergency treatment."

Lukas casually said he was not bragging in front of his brother, but he was coming off as if he was bragging.

"You’re freaking rich, you did save enough to treat Mom right, right?"

Noah, with his eyes on his head and a shocked expression, asked.

"Yeah, she can have the best treatment ever in this world. I have enough for her. I also started a new business, that’s why I could afford this and nothing else, so I wanted you to help out, Dad, when we move to Kansas. I know it will be too much for you, but I can assure you this neighborhood is just the wrong environment to live in."

Lukas said the neighborhood was full of greedy people, he had seen it in his past life, so he wanted to move his family somewhere safe and start afresh.

"I will listen to your advice and move. You better give me a car when we shift."

Noah said jokingly.

"Oh! Thanks for reminding me. Let’s go home, I need to show you something.

Lukas said the car was about to come, and he wanted Noah to look at his car and also his reaction when he first saw it.

"Alright."

Two of them started to walk towards their home when Noah asked about how Lukas was maintaining two girlfriends, and Lukas told him about Annie and Bella.

"So both of them have different personalities? Well, I would advise you to disclose this thing to your first girlfriend, cheating is not healthy in the long run.

Noah said, as a mature young man, he understood the topic from Lukas’s point of view and advised.

Lukas, hearing the advice, fell into deep thought. Although the system wanted him to hide it, his brother was never wrong in his past life when taking life decisions. He fucked up last time and needed another chance to do everything right, and he could follow his brother’s advice and come clean.

"You know what? I think I will come clean. Maybe both of them will break up with me, but I think I can live with that."

Lukas said after thinking for a while, hearing the response Noah smiled, he was actually not sure his brother would even take his advice into consideration at all, because Lukas was so successful and his elder brother.

"What’s that?"

Noah suddenly asked, as they turned to face their home and saw three cars in front of it, he was shocked a little.

"Well, that, my brother, is what I call cars."

Lukas satirically said with a teasing smile.

Ronald and Roy were already outside waiting for Lukas and Noah to come back, and seeing them, Roy nodded with satisfaction. As a guard, he was just sleeping when his client disappeared.

"Jay, you have worked hard, here, take this $1000 check and go stay in a hotel and come back in the morning after eating breakfast, or better yet, don’t come back at all tomorrow. I’ll be spending my time with family, maybe you should take a break too?"

Lukas, after reaching them first, signed a check and then almost dismissed them until both brothers shook their heads in response.

"No, we can’t do that, we will be back in the morning, no worries."

Both brothers took Lukas’s car and went off. The new cars were only there, and there were three people standing in front of them.

"This is for you, Father. Handsome, isn’t it?"

Lukas gave the key to his father and smiled as he fulfilled his promise.

"I never knew this day would come, and just after two weeks? Who does that?"

Ronald was shocked, he was very happy getting a Mercedes from his son, and he felt relieved too that his son was so good to his family. He can now die in peace. Actually, he was accepting every decision from Lukas because he just recently found out he was terminally ill and there was apparently no cure for him.

"Dad, don’t just stand there, go drive it around."

Lukas said happily he was excited to see his father drive around a Mercedes, and hearing Lukas, Ronald nodded his head and went to the car and drove it out of their block.

"Damn! Where did he go?

Noah was shocked to see such a luxurious car in his life, then he looked at the silver car in front of him, it looked cool and super expensive.

"Yeah, this one is yours. Go ride it out, man."

Lukas threw the car keys to Noah. Noah smiled and took Lukas with him in the car and drove it around the block, as they didn’t have a driving license and also didn’t want to hurt the car.

"This car, are you sure you’re giving me this?"

Noah asked as he parked in front of their house and asked seriously.

"Yeah, I am certain I can give my brother a two hundred grand worth of car."

Lukas said with a wink while Noah’s mouth went agape.
