Bella, seeing Lukas leaving, felt a pang in her heart, but she knows she doesn’t deserve Lukas at all, and his even caring for her was enough.

Lukas went to the elevator and went down to the hotel lobby, and as soon as the elevator’s door opened, his unmatched aura was full-on open, as he didn’t put a scarf on himself in the rush.

Lukas didn’t notice it, as his sole attention was on Annie, who was leaving through the door. He smiled and ran after her. People pulled out their phones to take pictures of Lukas as he was running with a smile.

Lukas went outside and saw Annie walking on the streets without any care in the world, so he grabbed her hands from behind.

Annie flinched when someone grabbed her hands so suddenly, but when she looked back, she couldn’t help but smile at him.

"Oh! Lukas, you almost scared me. Where were you? I pressed the bell two to three times of your suite.

Annie said sweetly she was not mad, she just wanted an explanation.

" I was in the washroom, you know, taking a dump. I am not supposed to say that word in front of pretty women, but I have to explain myself."

Lukas said with a smile and a few off-topic words so that Annie’s mind wouldn’t be thinking about it too much.
