"I’m scared, what if they find her and I get arrested for it." Du Ling who was also Li Xiao homeroom teacher whispered on her call.

"Relax, nothing will happen to you as long as I got your back. Remember you have the protection of the Long Family. So calm down, your nervousness will ruin everything." Long Tian replied. He has been having an affair with Du Ling for a long time so he was very happy when he found out that Li Lingyun daughter not only goes to the same school she is teaching but she was also his daughter homeroom teacher.

"Relax? You want me to relax? If I knew that the girl came from the Li family who owned this country then I would never have done what you asked of me."

"Stop whining and just do your job. Where did you put the girl?"

"I put her in the storage room."

"In the storage room? Are you nut? Anyone could find her there."

"Where did you want me to put her? I feel so guilty doing this to a little child."

"I am paying you half a million for you to forget about your stupid guilt. Did you give her the sleeping medicine?"

"Yes, I put it in a juice for her and made sure she drank it."

"Good. You know what to do next right?"

"When the coast is clear, I will bring the child to you." The teacher hanged the call and continued to pretend as if she was searching for Li Xiao.

Lin Yan held Li Xiao close to her and tried to wake her up, but no matter the amount of times she called Li Xiao name she still did not get up. She quickly called Li Lingyun and told him that she has found her.

Within few minutes Li Lingyun came to the storage room and he was actually terrified when he saw Shen Yi holding Li Xiao unconscious body in tears.

"What happened to her?" Li Lingyun asked as he carried Li Xiao in his arms.

"I don’t know, I just saw her here lying unconscious on the floor. We should take her to the hospital." Lin Yan said. She was terrified when she saw Li Xiao lying on the floor unconsciously but when she felt her beating heart she was relieved.

Li Lingyun nodded and was about to take her to the hospital when he saw the school headmaster. He walked up to him and said "Your school will pay for your carelessness."

At the Meng Imperial Hospital, a woman named Wei Si who was the hospital director and also the mother of Meng Zhu, Ziyi and Ying, came out of a ward and smiled when she said "Li Xiao is alright."

"Then why won’t she wake up?" Lin Yan asked anxiously.

Wei Si looked at both Li Lingyun and Shen Yi before saying "She was giving a sleeping medicine and in high dosage, so she would be asleep for a long time perhaps the whole day."

Gu Wei who was standing beside Li Lingyun was already feeling pity for whoever was responsible for Li Xiao condition. Not only will the person face the Li family wrath but there was also that of both the Meng and Si family.

Li Lingyun nodded and said "Thank you aunty." He looked at Shen Yi and saw "Stay with Li Xiao for some time, I will be right back."

Lin Yan nodded, she knew what he was going to do.

Li Lingyun kissed her forehead gently and said "Don’t worry, she will be fine and when she wakes up she will be so happy because her mum is with her."

Wei Si who was watching this scene was surprised. Never in her life did she ever thought that Li Lingyun could be affectionate with anyone that wasn’t his daughter. To be honest she didn’t like Shen Yi especially after the way she treated Li Xiao but seeing how worried and concerned she was right now made her wondered if what Meng Zhu told her was really true.

"Where is she?" Li Lingyun asked coldly as he entered the car.

Gu Wei entered the driving seat and said "At the warehouse."

"Drive."

Gu Wei nodded and drove directly to the warehouse.

In the warehouse a woman was tied to a chair, her mouth was tape and she was shivering with fear.

The door to the warehouse opened and Li Lingyun and Gu Wei walked in.

Li Lingyun gestured to Gu Wei to remove the tape from her mouth.

When the tape was removed from her mouth she immediately cried out "Please forgive me. I didn’t plan to harm her."

"Forgive you? For what exactly?" Li Lingyun asked as he sat on a chair.

"As her home room teacher, you were supposed to protect her but instead you harmed her. Who gave you the orders?" Li Lingyun asked coldly.

Should she say it was Long Tian? But what if this horrible man kill him. She has loved Long Tian for a long time and he has even promise her marriage, she didn’t want him to get hurt, so she shook her head and said "No one. I did it for my own selfish gain."

Li Lingyun looked at the woman and stretch his hands to Gu Wei who immediately gave him a document.

Li Lingyun flipped through the document and said "You have a younger sister who is still in high school and a sick mother. You have been Long Tian mistress for two years even though you know he has a wife. Given the fact that I had a fall out with Long Tian recently, am I to assume that he was the one who asked you to do it."

Du Ling was shocked, how was he able to get so much information on her so soon. She should never have listened to Long Tian.

"Gu Wei send some men to take her sister and then drown her in a river."

"Yes sir."

Gu Wei nodded and was about to leave when Du Ling shouted "Wait. I will tell you everything. But you must first promise that you won’t harm my little sister."

Li Lingyun looked at the teacher coldly and said "You are wasting my time."

Du Ling couldn’t allow any harm to come to her sister. Long Tian can go to hell after all it was his fault. Yes, she must save herself and her family. She looked at Li Lingyun cold gaze and said "It was Long Tian who ordered me to do it. I gave Li Xiao a orange juice mixed with sleeping medicine but I assure you that they were harmless. Then I hid her in the storage room. I don’t know what he was planning, I was only supposed to bring Li Xiao to him after it was confirmed that she was not in the school premises. Please don’t harm me or my family, I have told you all I know."

Li Lingyun nodded and said "Don’t touch her sister." He stood up from his chair and said to Gu Wei "Let her go."

Du Ling who was already breathing a sighed of relief ran cold when she heard Li Lingyun saying "But before you do that, inject her with so much drugs for a week, that she get addicted to it."

"What? You said you will let me go. Please don’t do that to me." Du Ling begged in tears.

Li Lingyun ignored her plead and left the warehouse.

Gu Wei on the other hand looked at Du Ling coldly and said "Don’t bother wasting your tears. You are lucky he caught you first before young master Si. That crazy man would have caught off the exact same hands you used to feed Li Xiao that juice. You may feel that what is about to happen to you is cruel but you should be happy that you are experiencing Master Li cruelty and not young master Si craziness."

Du Ling just kept crying. Was she really going to be a drug addict? No! They can’t do this to her.

Gu Wei made a phone call and within two minutes, five guys dressed in black suit came into the warehouse.

Gu Wei sighed as he saw the fear in Du Ling eyes and said "Get to work." He could hear the woman screams as he left the warehouse.
