Strong grim reapers could request for a transfer to anther world after a millennium, and the more solid or strong your soul was, the better the world you got. You could also reap souls from more than one world, take a break from reaping and live in the underworld or among the humans for years at a time. There were many perks to being a strong reaper.

They would not be the first AI actors and actresses, thousands of them existed here, and some were famous while others were not.

"I charge five million for movies and five hundred thousand or one million star coins for the songs."

"Give me movies, you decide which ones just make sure it’s up to to the sum of twenty five million star coins. It’s hard finding a good action script these days, everything is about robot butler uprisings, mutated beasts or enemy empires. I hope that you will seriously consider my offer on an alliance." he stood up just as Esong entered the office.

Esong did not even pretend to smile, he glared at Ramslin intensely. It could not be hidden that he was unhappy to see Ramslin in his wife’s office.

He looked back and fourth from Ramslin to his wife, wondering what this pretty boy as Folsom referred to him was doing here.

"Governor Esong, it’s a pleasure to meet you." Ramslin left his eat and approached Esong.

"Sure." Esong replied in a heavy voice with a icy stare aimed at Ramslin.

When they shook hands, Ramslin winced and Scarlet scoffed, Esong was clearly gripping Ramslin’s hand a little too tightly.

Ramslin finally got his hand free and Esong smiled satisfactorily, his mission accomplished. He walked over to Scarlet, kissed her on the cheek and then stood beside her confidently.

"Can we help you?" he asked Ramslin.

"No," Ramslin answered. "Our business is concluded."

"Our!!" Esong said sarcastically.

"Did I say the wrong thing?" Ramslin asked.

"Yes." Esong answered. ’How dare you refer to yourself and my wife as one entity?’ Friends my ass!!!, he thought.

"I think I should excuse myself, I will see you later." Ramslin looked only at Scarlet when he said this. "It was nice meeting your husband."

Esong snorted and he kept his eyes on Ramslin until that door was closed. And then, he looked at Scarlet with curious eyes and two raised eyebrows.

"What?" she asked him.

"Him!!, you were friends with him!!" he said a bit dismayed as if the possibility of this friendship made no sense to him.

’It’s complicated.’ she thought.

"He is not so bad." she answered.

Esong frowned and shook his head, clearly very doubtful. "The man has cultivated this image of a loner, who holds himself above the standards of the entertainment industry. He has never been involved in a scandal, he doesn’t date and he doesn’t have any known friends, not even within his circle and yet he is proclaiming you as his best friend!! Do you really know him or is he here to swindle you?"

"He is a friend but he exaggerated the closeness and he is here for business. I am going to take advantage of his presence and have him become the face of Illa’s apple sauce, sweet pure honey and mommy’s orange juice." she pointed to the products which were sitting on her shelf and ready to hit the market in a few weeks. "The nutrient companies are working faster than I ever imagined. In this month alone over twenty types of snacks, fruit powders and new fruit nutrient solutions have been created. I don’t want the Blue star lagging behind the capital in the production of finished snacks and drinks."

She had the bigger advantage in the form of ideas and raw materials but creativity and supply networks were the advantage the nutrient companies had on her. The largest population was in the capital and these companies owned physical stores which she didn’t have. Relying on only online sales was not enough and even those drastically reduced in winter.

"We can use the mecha warrior’s supply networks for now." he suggested.

"Ooh, great idea, can we?" she asked excitedly.

"Mmm," he nodded. "I will make a few calls." he told her.

"Did you find out who called GBCS on us?" she asked him.

"Who else," he said with disdain. Only one person in the world dared to do such a stupid thing. After all, it would be beneficial to her if Justin’s custody was taken away from Scarlet.

"Your mother." she guessed.

He threw his head back and groaned, like he was exhausted. "I don’t know what we are going to do about her. It’s not as if my father can divorce her."

"Don’t worry, if I could get rid of Amara, I will get rid of your mother. I won’t kill her, I will just find a way of catapulting her back to the capital." she assured him.

Esong tilted his head, smiled and asked curiously, "My wife, did you deliberately fall to get rid of that woman?

"That’s not important, what’s matters is she gone. Tell me how your mother found out about Justin?"

It would not have come from the agriculture research base, not that quickly. But, she could not rule out someone at the hospital from blabbing.

"She has been going around making friends and connections. I would not be surprised if she knows someone who works at the hospital or GBCS. But, any visitor or patient at the hospital would have seen us when we took Justin in. I can’t point my fingers at anyone specific, all my connections could get me was the name of the reporter."

She stretched her hands and piled up a few documents t be sent to city hall. While she did so, she made up her mind to teach Emory a small lesson.
