Luciel began asking questions about bases because he wanted Dan and thers to go to the north base.

He just wanted to invite them to the north base to act as temporary helpers.

So, even if they weren’t purely good, then it would still be okay.

They will surely meet a lot of zombies later, so it’s good to have more helpers so that they could also deal with the zombies around.

They had already prepared everything that they needed, so when Dan and the others knocked on the door, they were already prepared to set out.

They had to carry their food for two weeks, together with their food and other things that they needed, so even Luciel had to carry his own backpack and a large duffel bag with him.

When they opened the door, Dan and the others were also carrying a lot of bags with them.

"They are your companions?" Dan asked while looking at Astrid and the others behind him.

"Introduce yourselves," Luciel said to Astrid and the others.

"Hello, I’m Astrid, nice to meet all of you. Please take care of us in the following days."

When they got down, Luciel saw the two cars of Dan and the others parked in front of the first floor.

Luciel looked and saw that their SUVs were indeed good enough for all of them. At least it could fit the five of them and then use the back for their luggage.
