Transmigrated As A Feisty Omega -
Chapter 46: He changed
Chapter 46: He changed
We all stood in front of the principal as his eyes racked through us. This is the first time I have been to his office. All our meetings have been in his room.
I have never had the opportunity —not that I was asking for it — to be here.
There isn’t anything different between his office and that of the other teachers. Aside from the shelves of books, that’s it. And let’s not forget the parrot in a cage next to his table.
The beautiful parrot with yellow and blue feathers hopped on the cage without saying a word. However, the occasional sigh-like sound he made, was how I knew he was a parrot.
Storm stood on my right, while Ray stood by my left. The other Alphas stood behind us. They looked ready to bolt for the door at the slightest provocation.
I glanced behind me before a smile graced my face. The almighty Alphas of the class are now acting like kids in the presence of the principal. They don’t look as Almighty as they always claimed to be.
"What exactly happened?" Mr Kim asked.
I was startled by the cold voice. His voice sounded like water splashing on ice cubes. I whipped my head up to look at him, to check the expression on his face.
Though he wasn’t looking at me, I can still see the frostiness of his eyes. The man standing in front of us doesn’t seem pleased, at all.
"Sir—"
Ray started to say, but I cut him off. I don’t understand why I did that, but deep down I have this conviction that the principal won’t be hard on us should I be the one to take the lead.
"We are sorry, sir." I stared at his face, hoping he will look at me. But he didn’t. Instead, he kept his focus on Storm. The way he looked at Storm made it seem like they were some sort of mortal enemies.
"Sir, it was all a misunderstanding." I continued despite his blatant ignorance.
I spared a glance at the Alphas behind me. As much as I would have loved to heap all the blame on them since they are at fault, I can’t do that to them.
I don’t like those who bully others; so I’m not about to join them. "We were having a play fight and—"
"Play fight, my arse!" Storm growled. "I would have killed that motherfucker for touching you! Why will they bully an Omega!" He growled, sounding like the rumble of thunders on a stormy night. His voice sent electrifying shivers down my spine.
I was only pleased that I’m not the one the anger was directed at. Had I been, I might pee in my pants.
"I won’t stand for that!" He glared at the Alphas behind us. "Should you repeat what you did, I won’t hesitate to send you on a trip back to the moon goddess!"
I can hear how angry he is from the tremor of his voice. It made me raise my brows. In the comic, he’s the one bullying the weak. However, since I arrived here, aside from when he used his pheromones to immobilize me, he has never raised his hands on me.
And let’s not forget, he has never bullied any of the Omegas. It made me wonder if, somehow, the Storm in the book changed.
"Hmm." Mr Kim turned his focus on the Alphas behind us, "you bullied an Omega?" His voice sounded dark. I felt like I was gurgling on black muddy water.
"We are sorry!"
As one, the Alphas knelt on the ground. They joined their hands together and bowed their heads to the ground. "We won’t repeat our actions! We were just trying to tease him a bit." Tap, their leader was the one who spoke on behalf of them.
Mr Kim’s eyes left them before it finally landed on me. "As the victim, what do you wish for me to punish them with? You are the only one who knows what the right punishments for these delinquents will be."
"Nothing." I gulped as I tried to hold his stare. His coldness hasn’t dropped at all. He still sounded pissed and that’s scaring me.
"The fuck you will say nothing!" Storm lowly growled.
"Nothing?" Mr Kim’s voice reverberated on the walls of his office, scaring the shit out of me. I’m glad that Fan didn’t come in with us. Else I wouldn’t have heard the end of it from my system that likes using any small thing he finds, against me.
I wasn’t the only one affected by his shouts, Ray was as well. I don’t know about the Alphas behind us, but Storm didn’t blink.
Guess there are perks to being an Alpha. You won’t be scared by something as little as a shout.
"Yes, nothing." I gulped as I tried not to sound scared. The smell of Lemon filled the entire room. It didn’t take any soothsayer for us to know he was still pissed.
He sighed, "Cutlasses were brought from the Howl Academy. Five of you should head over to the great forest, the PE teacher will know what to do with you." He said to the five Alphas before he turned to Storm. "You fought in school. Even if it’s for a good course. You will spend the rest of the day in the new library. The books need to be moved."
No one said a word as he listed our punishments.
He turned to Ray, "and you, what did you do?" He tilted his head to the side as his eyes got colder.
"Um..." Ray swallowed.
"He did nothing. I was the one who insulted the Alphas." I tried to get his focus off Ray.
"And yet, you followed him here? Well, the Library still needs man labour. Join the other Alpha." He said in an emotionless voice.
"And me?" I asked, hoping he will ask me to join them at the library.
"The rest can leave. I need to speak to you, Brys."
