Transmigrated As A Feisty Omega -
Chapter 131: The truth
Chapter 131: The truth
I didn’t still turn. With my arms folded and my back to him, I pretend like he doesn’t exist.
He sighed once more, "what do you wish to know? Ray said you were not happy earlier."
Oh, he did the job I sent him to? I wonder what else Ray told him. Did he tell him about how inquisitive I was about his past? Will Storm finally let my heart be at peace by telling me what I need to know?
"Okay, you win," he sighed heavily, "what do you wish to know about.... Aish, why the hell are you affecting me this badly?!"
The tone he used made me know he didn’t want me to hear the question.
"Then, why are you telling me?" I finally turned to face him, "why do you want to tell me this?" I leaned on the window and folded my arms while Storm had his head placed on both of his palms, with his back hunched. "I don’t even know," he whispered before he slowly raised his head to look at me. "I don’t know what it is about you that makes me crazy. I can’t even get pissed with you for long, and that’s something that has never happened to me!"
I smiled at that but concealed it. "So?" I raised a brow at him.
"What do you wish to know about?" He sighed once more, "I will... I will do my best to answer it all."
"I want to know everything."
This was something I didn’t do with the Storm I met in Dark Moon. I didn’t ask who he was, or how he got his damned reputation and where he came from. I just fell in love with someone, willing to spend the rest of my life with him without knowing who he is.
Well... Aside from the things I heard from Fan.
"Everything?" He looked stunned by that.
"Don’t you want to do that?" I challenged, folding my arms, with my brows raised at him.
He sighed, "okay, you win. But before I do that, I want you to eat your meal."
"That?" I pointed to the cold food in the tray. "You want me to eat that thing?"
As if on cue, someone rapped twice on the door before he opened it. Ray stepped in with a tray of food, which he swapped with the one on the table.
"I had the maids prepare a fresh meal for you. Enjoy," he winked at me before he carried the tray of food and left, but not before I told him I murmured ’thank you’ knowing he would hear it.
"You seem to have a good relationship with him?" Storm asked from behind me. He might have sounded normal, but I can detect the little trace of jealousy he’s trying to hide.
"Oh?" I turned to face him. "He just reminded me of a friend I had before. His name is also Ray. Funny, right?" I chuckled, running my right fingers through my hair with a smile on my face.
"Was he... Were you guys... Are you .?"
"No, he was just a friend. Besides, I’m an Omega. I know most omegas date Omega males, but I’m not most."
Not when I have an Alpha. I have no desire to be with an Omega.
"Oh, okay," he motioned towards the new tray Ray got, looking pleased with the answer I gave. His face gave his thoughts away, letting me know when he was happy and when he was not. "Have your dinner, I will tell you what you wish to know after this."
"Promise?" I pursed my lips with my brows raised at him.
"Hmm. I promise," he nodded.

I ate my food in silence, with Storm looking at me with a strange expression on his face. Most of the time when we lock eyes with each other, he will shyly turn his face, but at other times, he will glare hard at me as if I’m the cause of his misfortune, which I’m not.
I finished the food, which consisted mostly of roasted pork, fish soup and fried yam. I devoured everything, leaving nothing out. You can’t blame me for that. I was trying to sulk a bit, so he would tell me his past.
The moment I dropped the tray back where I brought it, I took one of his chairs to the window and sat on it, facing him with my back to the wall.
He sighed, ran his right fingers through his already messy hair, and smiled —forced, it looked. "So..." He sighed loudly once more, looking like he wanted to be anywhere but here at the moment...
I didn’t say a word as I watched him, letting him begin at his pace, knowing that hurrying him wouldn’t help at all.
"Well, I was kidnapped years ago when I was eight years old — by your father."
I gasped, shocked by his words. I wasn’t expecting this. Honestly, I have never tried to find out about the prince I’m inhibiting his body, which is something I should have done long ago. Though Fan never told me much about him, I should have asked Ray and the others who seemed to know about the people of Amal.
But like I did with Storm, I didn’t try to investigate him. I just started from where he stopped, focused on getting Storm to fall for me, so I can level up.
"You must have known your father loves men. Though he loves women, he seems to have an unusual obsession with men —children to be precise."
"He.... He didn’t... " I swallowed, feeling the blood leave my face at the thoughts of what he went through as a kid.
If the man who was my father in this world is bisexual, then it means...."did he touch you?" I slowly asked, scared of the answer he might give.
I have never felt this way before —this unsure feeling going through me.
He forced a smile, "he was keeping me for the grand finale, training me and showing me things a minor shouldn’t be subjected to." He slowly glanced up, "I managed to escape before he could touch me."
"Oh, thank the Lord," I exhaled in relief. Who knows what would have happened had the king —my father — touched him? Would he have .....
"Was that the reason you turned dark?"
Ray spoke of his kidnap when he was trying to tell me that Storm hasn’t always been this way. However, Ray said nothing about an attempted rape.
Storm smiled, looking a bit insane. The dark glint in his eyes scared me more than anything. He looked dead —like a vampire out for blood.
"I don’t think it did. Though it got me withdrawn from the world, it didn’t bring the darkness. I brought it upon myself."
"The family?" I slowly asked, coming around to the reason we are here now. "Was that the start of your darkness?"
"It wasn’t my fault. I happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time," he rose from the bed and took a step towards me, only to turn and head towards the window at the farthest side.
He leaned on the wall and closed his eyes, looking like he was meditating. "He was a guard, who loved me," he started, looking as if he’s trying to recall the past. "I knew he loved me. Hell, that was why I dismissed him from service. He was obsessed with me, but I never loved him," he opened his eyes and focused on me.
The raw emotions in them caused me to gasp. Had I not been sitting, I would have fallen in shock.
"I have always been obsessed with red hair and purple eyes, though you are the only one I have been with, who has real purple eyes," he sighed.
"You said he was a guard? I thought he was..."
"A boy toy? That was the story the maids fabricated."
"Oh... So... What happened with the guard? Why is his death linked to you?"
I need to know why the topic is forbidden in the palace.
"It happened three months after I dismissed him from service. I didn’t see him until that fateful day, though most of my guards testified that he was constantly coming over to the palace."
"And..."
I was getting rather impatient about this.
"It happened that I was taking a walk under the moonlight after a war I had with the men of Askaba. It was a bloody fight, one of the few that earned me the title I have today.
As I do after each fight, I fuck and take a walk, to clear my mind," he looked away for a moment.
I tried to ignore the ’fuck’ word, telling myself that this happened before I met him, but I couldn’t help the jealousy that reared its ugly head up.
"After an unsatisfying fuck with ten of the sluts Ray got for me —"
"Ten? How old were you when all this happened?!" I gaped at him in shock.
"I guess I was around sixteen when it happened."
It’s official, Storm needs help.
