Transmigrated As A Feisty Omega
Chapter 104: Clumsy

Chapter 104: Clumsy

Brys

I kept my attention on the other side of the window, pissed that he called an end to the conversation I was having with Ray.

After my words earlier at the river, it seemed like Ray changed, not snapping at me any more, and telling me tales about life in his small village.

He’s similar to the Ray I knew, and it made me wonder if Storm will return to how he was back at Dark Moon.

But I doubt it will be as instantaneous as Ray’s.

Riding in a carriage is one of the experiences I never thought I will have when I was still back on Earth. Who would have known that I will be able to experience a life of fantasy and romance?

"Do you want tea?" He asked, breaking the silence between us.

I turned, gave him a look and shook my head.

"Why? Aren’t you thirsty?"

"What do you care? I’m nothing but a slave to you." I folded my arms and scrunched my nose.

He grunted under his breath but didn’t say a word as he leaned forward, took the cup from the table, and poured enough into the small teacup before he passed it to me.

"Here, have some tea."

I frowned, peering into his eyes and wondering if he somehow hit his head on the carriage. He has never acted this gently with me.

I took the cup from him and took a sip, scrunched my nose up and pretended like the tea wasn’t bitter.

"Don’t you like it?"

"No, I don’t —"

The carriage jacked, and I found myself on his chest, sprawled on him, but that wasn’t what caused me to yelp. The warm tea poured on his wrapper.

With a growl, he pushed me off him, glaring at me as if I knowingly poured the warm tea on his body.

My head hit the metal side of the carriage, and I cradled it.

Intense pain seared through them, making me grit my teeth as I tried to keep a moan from escaping.

"How dare you?!" He growled at me, looking like he was moments from murdering me. "Do you think —"

His words were cut short when an arrow whizzed past his head and lunged at the door I stepped into my carriage with. My heart skipped a beat at the sight of the arrow.

None of the men out there knew what happened, which explained how they kept on going without stopping.

Storm leaned over and took the arrow with a smile. His mouth curved up at the side the more he stared at the arrow before he broke it.

"Damned bastard." He glanced out of the window, just in them to catch another whizzing arrow.

I gasped at the sight of blood in his hands, but he didn’t seem bothered by it.

"Phil!" He called out, still with the arrow in his dripping palm.

The guard I have seen close to him rushed to his side like a dog. The only differences are the wagging tail and sagging tongue.

I expected him to call Ray, but for some reason, it seems he doesn’t like Ray, currently. It made me wonder if it’s because I seem closer to Ray.

Could it be that he’s jealous of him? I peered at Storm, whose expression hadn’t changed at all.

"My prince?"

Storm gestured to the arrow in hand.

With his widened eyes, the man first glared at me before he turned to Storm. "Who did this, my prince?!"

"Pity I’m going with soldiers who don’t even know the right way to protect." He threw the arrowhead at him. "Seems he’s trying to kill me again. And this time, he wishes to do it before I arrive at the capital."

Seems like he knows who shot the arrow. From the words he said, it proved that this wasn’t the first time the person has attempted to kill him.

Hmm.

This sounds serious. Yet, his face is as calm and Stony as stone.

"What do you wish for me to do, my king?" Phil asked, eager to serve, to show his king that he can protect him.

"Nothing." Storm waved him off, "he has left. He won’t try it again for now. Perhaps, he has more plans for me up ahead. Be careful."

"As you wish, my prince." The man glared at me one more time before he left, confusing the hell out of me.

Why the hell did he stare at me as if I marched his grandmother’s grave? Could it be that he’s one of Storm’s numerous lovers?

But that’s impossible! Storm only sleeps with men who look like me. There is no way he could have slept with someone like him who doesn’t only look ugly but isn’t as shapely as I am!

Humph!

I’m the only one who is cute enough in this entire world!

The carriage bumped into something, and I leaned towards him and vomited, adding to my crimes.

Could this be motion sickness?

How can I be so unlucky?

Not only did I vomit, but it happened to be on his wrapper, which I poured warm tea on.

Damn.

"Hey!"

He growled, just at the same time the carriage bumped, and I vomited into his wrapper once more. Further staining him.

"Damn it!"

"Sorry!" I wiped my lips with my palm and tried not to look into his eyes.

"Halt!"

The carriage immediately stopped, and the bumping stopped. He closed the window, to prevent any from looking in.

Goddess, is he going to hurt me?

He slowly unwrapped his wrapper and bunched it up before he discarded it to the side.

My eyes immediately went to his loincloth, before it went to his strong thighs. I licked my bottom lip at the delicious sight in front of me.

"Haven’t you ridden in a carriage before?" His voice startled me.

I had to tear my gaze off his thighs, to look at his face.

"Have you?" He raised a brow.

I shook my head without saying a word. As the prince of whatever kingdom it is I came from, riding in a carriage is something I should have gotten used to, but you can’t fault me since I came from Earth.
