There's Something Wrong With You, My Lord!
Chapter 156: Not Fated, Never Destined (2)

Chapter 156: Not Fated, Never Destined (2)

"Hmmm!" Luis’s muffled cry sounded as he slapped the man’s arm. This tactless man!

Looking at how Xagrien acts right now made Luis realize that there are two different ways that people who lost their virginity act and through that, they can classify former virgins.

First, the rational perv, who is just like Luis. They are the people who want to taste some more but know how and when to act based on their urges. They are eager and would always think of the deed but they can hide their desire.

And the second, the shameless horndog. The likes of Xagrien. Bolder and braver after sex as if moans and fucking are a kind of motivational speech.

They tend to become touchy and to be honest, if they are paired with a first type, it would create such a beautiful disaster.

Just like now.

Luis was panting after the brute decided that their passionate act was enough.

"You should prepare yourself because young dragons after their first growth phase are expected to do more than that." Xerxes interrupted the couple who cannot keep their hands to themselves.

Luis turned to stone upon hearing this. It’s just an unconfirmed notion that he kept in the back of his head. But through Xerxes’ words, his assumptions have already been proven.

Xagrien is a part dragon.

"The mate that you chose has the blood of your race’s archenemies. This will surely not sit well with the other moon elves. Therefore, you must use this time to think if you still want to stick-"

Luis abruptly interrupted Xerxes mouth. Call him disrespectful, he doesn’t care.

He doesn’t appreciate when someone is casting doubts at his decision especially if it’s the guy that he decided to love.

"I chose and love Xagrien for who he is. And I will accept him in every way and shape. Our love is not as shallow as you think." Luis said matter-of-factly.

Hell yeah if Xagrien inherited the warm-blooded traits of the dragons. His hole can fare well to all the fucking in the future and besides he can heal his body anytime he needs it.

"I can’t understand why you are saying these things that will spoil our relationship and I am too lazy to think or even ask for a reason since this is irrelevant. I will just treat this as if you said nothing for Xagrien’s sake," Luis added.

Unbeknownst to him, a lovesick beast beside him is grinning wide, with bright pinkish colours on his cheeks.

Actually, Xagrien doesn’t really mind whatever race owned half of his blood.

As long as his moon elf lord doesn’t dislike him, he is fine with it. Luis’ firm declaration that he loved him unconditionally gives him a refreshing feeling in his heart.

It’s like the sky is smiling at him saying that the world is on his side.

Looking smug because all his worries are cleared, Xagrien threw a challenging stare at Xerxes.

"Fine!" The sour dead man exclaimed. Seems like he forgot his noble temperament due to the excessive sweetness portrayed by the two.

"Enough wasting time! Come with me, Xagrien," he said and started marching.

So much for antagonizing the moon elf lord, Xerxes got a feeling that he can’t beat and play with the mind of that black-haired bearer.

"You are the one who initiated it," the man who’s brimming with loyalty said coolly in defense of his bearer.

He walked followed Xerxes then he reluctantly stopped before he reached where the other was standing.

"What kind of magic circle is this?" Xagrien asked, his forehead creased. One can barely see it but he could feel the faint traces of magic that are flowing on the carving.

"It’s just a transportation magic circle that connects to my secret lair within this forest," Xerxes answered right away and found himself more satisfied in the sharp sensitivity that Xagrien shows over magic.

"Lair?"

"Yes, you can say that it’s my house in this forest. You’re lucky that you can set foot in an adult dragon’s lair whereas most children of your age will only get a chance to experience once they could build one."

Dragons are extremely territorial beings and they hate it when someone is breaking through their private space such as lairs.

But does it still matter if he is about to disappear in this world?

"Okay," Xagrien stepped inside the magic circle and said to Luis. "I will come back later."

On the other hand, Luis felt hot in his chest seeing how Xagrien is acting. He’s like a wife sending off his husband to work at their doorstep.

"I will wait for you," the moon elf lord said, a light and refreshing smile on his lips.

Meanwhile, Xerxes looked fed up with all the cheesiness. Wordlessly, he activated the magic circle.

A bright light bluish-white light bathed the two men and after it subsided, they disappeared into the thin air.

Luis sighs, "I missed the brute already."

The moon elf lord stretched his body and made his way to the lonely Heart of the Forest.

"Well, I had something that I needed to do too. So I guess I will be busy," he spoke to himself and stopped in front of the tree.

"Hi. I am the newly born moon elf lord." Luis introduced himself as if he was in a business presentation.

His posture was straight, leaking his confidence in every movement that he made.

Luis wanted to communicate with the spirit of the Heart of the Forest because if he wants to mine mana stone in this place, he needs permission from the local tyrant.

"Excuse me? Is the spirit of the Heart of the Forest present? I need to talk to you"

From the root to the leafy ends of the tree, Luis scrutinized it, thinking that the spirit was just hiding. Waiting for him to be discovered.

However, nothing happened. Nothing came out.

Just him looking a bit silly talking to himself.

The moon elf lord felt a little frustrated. This spirit has the courage to fling an ultra-speed twig at him and yet it is trying to act like he did nothing?!

’Okay, Luis. Calm down a little bit. They must have grievances with the previous moon elf lord. That’s why they are giving you the cold shoulder,’ like crazy, Luis tried to reason out to himself.

"Spirit of the Heart of the Forest. Please come out. I am here for some official business. I want to make a deal with you." Luis once again tried his luck and called for the tree spirit.

But still, it’s a cold response.

This went on for quite some time until Luis ran out of patience.

The thing about Luis is that he is never a patient man. Yes, he can let others off the hook and he is hardworking to a fault.

But this doesn’t mean he will only grit his teeth when things become tedious because someone is dragging their legs to make it hard for him.

"My dear tree spirit. I know you can hear my call for a good long time and yet you didn’t even bother coming out. Since you don’t seem to have any intention of cooperating, then please don’t blame me for being rude." Luis’ cold voice sounded after a series of unsuccessful calls.

If he can’t win them soft methods, then blast them with remarkable force!

The moon elf lord rolled Xagrien’s sleeves, exposing the faint muscles on his arms. Yes, he’s got some muscles. He is also training himself, that’s why he is in good shape right now.

"I wonder how many knocks will this tree need before it falls?" Luis asked with a smile. He reinforced his arm with an exaggerated amount of nature’s energy, enough to burst the tree into sticks and threw a punch at it.

"Wait! Moon Elf Lord! I was right! You are not different from the previous brown-haired moon elf lord! Both of you are violent and disastrous!" A tiny shaking voice suddenly sounded from the tree.
