Chapter 485 - 485 The pet cockraoch

485: The pet cockraoch.

485: The pet cockraoch.

Zhang Bo chuckled after asking the question, not expecting an answer.

Surprisingly, he got a response and it left his mouth open as he processed the shock.

“The list you want can be categorized by age and education level.

I do not have the right parameters for kind and well mannered.” “No way.” he laughed.

“I can scan your surroundings to provide a possible exist if you are in a place without a way out.” The AI offered help because Zhang Bo said ‘no way’.

“Err, that’s not what i mean, no way can also be used to describe and astonishing situation.” Zhang Bo explained.

Then he sighed and shook his head, “What am i doing?

Why am i talking to a robot?” “I am not a robot, i am virtual artificial intelligence bureau all navigation assistant.

My name is Bangzhu.” “You still sound like a robot.” Zhang Bo responded.

“I can adjust my voice to suit your taste.” Bangzhu, went on to change the voice from male to female, little girl, little boy, most popular celebrities and even Zhang Bo’s own voice.

“How freaky.” Zhang Bo drew back and frowned.

He could see why Caishen had told him about systems and cautioned him to be careful around everyone.

If this Bangzhu could accurately mimic his voice, who knew what else it could do?

This was the perfect voice phishing technology.

He wasn’t a criminal but he could see how this technology could aid criminals.

“Which voice should Bangzhu use to assist you?” It still used a machinated voice as Zhang Bo had yet to make a choice.

“Let’s go with the standard male voice, use that of the actor Pang Ji De.

I want that list as well, all registered female system hosts from around the world.” His grandfather had not limited his choices to race.

In the bedroom not far from there, a husband and wife were having a discussion about Zhang Bo.

“I don’t think your brother is taking it well.

Maybe we should get that person that wipes memories in the bureau to wipe his.

What if he is so scared of me that he takes Xiaobo and refuses me to have contact with my baby?” Alix flipped the blankets, got in bed and powered her lap top.

Caishen was doing push ups at the foot of the bed for some reason.

“Xiaobo is not your baby, he is my brother’s baby.” he answered without stopping and he continued counting.

“Fifty one, fifty two.”  Alix tossed a pillow at him and it hit his back.

“You were at twelve when i went to change into pajamas but you are at fifty two now.

Wow, you must be the world’s quickest man when it comes to doing pushups.” “Don’t be a hater Alix.” he chuckled.

Majesty had been watching Caishen for a while with so much interest.

He looked like an ordinary simpleton cat as his head followed the up and down movement of Caishen’s back.

“Wow, you and your brother are total foxes.

You act so cold in public but in private you change your colors.

By the way, how did get that silly chicken to like you?

What did you bribe it with?” It had been on her mind all along, not forgotten.

She refused to accept the fact that it liked Caishen more than her and she intended to steal the little chick again.

All she wanted to do was spend some time with it.

“Maybe you should start with Majesty if you want chicken to like you.” Caishen suggested.

Alix looked at her cat which had its back turned to her.

She didn’t understand why it was so enthralled with Caishen.

Was it the chest muscles, the good looks or the hair?

“Majesty likes me,” She crawled towards the cat and touched it’s tail.

Majesty jumped away from her and landed on Caishen’s back.

He didn’t stop and continued on with his pushups.

“I hate you too.” Alix hissed and rolled her eyes at the cat.She turned to another cat which was more docile, huggable and lovable.

“Baby, come to me.” The black cat, like Majesty jumped onto Caishen’s back, ignoring her completely.

She didn’t miss the smirk on her husband’s face.

“You are bribing them, right?

You are buying their love definitely, i am sure of this.” she accused.

Her heart had really been stabbed by all the pets at home.

They had betrayed her completely.

“Should i try spraying myself with his cologne?” she whispered to herself.

Caishen stopped working out.

He laid on the ground and allowed the cats to walk all over him, giving him little massages with their paws.

“It won’t work, my babies are smarter than you think.” He shared smugly.

She run her tongue over her front teeth for a few seconds and for some reason, remembered the cockroach that used to sleep in her old apartment.

“I used to have a pet that loved me so much in the past you know.

He was a very good roommate that i lived with peacefully.” Caishen smiled slyly.

He wondered if he should let her get away with her lie for a moment.

She seemed to have forgotten that she had told him all about this so called roommate of hers. The opportunity to tease her about it was too good to pass on.

“Oh really, a roommate, your cockroach doesn’t count Alix.” She lowered her head and groaned.

“Fruit!

I forgot that he knows about it.” She had shot herself in the foot with this claim…, no, a lie.

She hated that damn cockroach.

It was probably tormenting the new tenant that had moved in after her.

Tired of listening to it”s host talk nonsense instead of gaming, the system decided to chime in.

“I don’t think you know how long a cockroach can live.

Do you even use the internet for anything other than watching and studying music?

A cockroach here cannot live for more than a year so unless that was an alien species from another world with a long life, you just kept thinking different cockroaches were the same one.” “Where is the evidence?” The blue elf rolled it’s eyes.

How was it to come up with evidence when it never met the cockroach even once.

Further more, how did she expect the pets to love her when she didn’t show them as much love as Caishen did.

He was always petting them, kissing their heads, talking to them, feeding them out of his hand and praising them by calling them pretty, strong, cute, beautiful and good.

If she wanted the same love she had to do the same things.

“Give up on the pets, and give your attention to the important stuff.” She looked at her husband who was cradling and taking turns to kiss their furry cheeks, one after the other.

He wouldn’t even kiss her dragon head but furry heads and cheeks, he could.

This was discrimination against innocent cute dragons.

“Hmph!”
