This is such a busy time and I do not have much time to spare.” She said, in a hard voice.

Even before a single word came from grandpa Zhang’s mouth, she made it clear with the tone of her voice that she would be unyielding if she was requested to do or say something she did not agree with.

Alix was not sure if she should be surprised by Nana volunteering to serve others or disgusted at how much she seemed to be interested in impressing either the elder Zhangs or the Rui’s.
