Chapter 362: Chapter 330 Liu Zheng: It’s Nothing But an Act With Him
"Jack Ma, you really ought to work out more."
Flamingo watched the gasping pirate and mocked.
"If you used them to practice weightlifting instead of just hitting their butts every time you went to the sheep pen, you wouldn’t be so exhausted from carrying just one person."
"Hahaha!"
The other pirates laughed boisterously.
Although they had done the same thing, that didn’t stop them from laughing at Jack Ma now.
"Laugh all you want, as if you could do any better,"
Jack Ma cursed at the other pirates.
"Jack Ma, don’t think everyone’s as weak as you. You’re always the last one in arm-wrestling, your strength isn’t even on par with the prostitutes at the pirate port,"
a pirate jeered, prompting even louder laughter.
"Benji, say that again, and see if I don’t cut your mouth off and feed it to the fish today!"
Jack Ma retorted furiously.
Limited by his inherent physique, his build was indeed on the scrawnier side, but his knife skills were something that could be counted on the ship.
In a real fight, aside from the Captain and a few leaders, he really wasn’t afraid of anyone else.
"Enough, quit the noise. You might as well take that energy and go wash your pants. They smell just like rotten salted fish,"
Flamingo chastised.
His voice wasn’t loud, but it carried a strong authority, like waves sweeping across the deck.
"Hmph."
Jack Ma and Benji glared at each other with anger, but ultimately they didn’t dare to continue the commotion and each busied themselves with other matters.
"A bunch of idiots,"
Flamingo shook his head and walked towards Liu Zheng.
His strides were large, and in just a few steps he had crossed half the deck to stand before Liu Zheng.
"I heard you want to board my ship?"
Flamingo asked condescendingly from above.
He was extremely tall, at least one meter ninety, but his build wasn’t very muscular, even tending toward skinny.
His whole outfit was pink like flamingo feathers,
meticulous and shiny, from boots to hat.
By appearance, the pirate captain seemed out of place compared to his crew members.
But the gloomy and strange aura around him fit well with a pirate’s rebellious nature.
"May I stand to speak, Captain?"
Liu Zheng asked.
"Why should I allow that?"
Flamingo inquired.
"I think what you need is a hunting dog that charges ahead to tear apart the prey, not a cow or sheep that grazes behind you,"
he replied.
"You do have a way with words, no wonder you can tell such interesting stories,"
Flamingo nodded, opening his coat.
The golden rope untied itself and flew back to his waist, turning into a belt again.
"Finish that story, and if it’s intriguing enough, I’ll give you a chance to live,"
Flamingo said coldly.
"Hehehe."
The surrounding pirates chuckled with ill intent.
"I want a bottle of wine,"
Liu Zheng said as he limbered up.
"This kid wants to drink wine?"
"Who does he think he is?"
"Too arrogant, throw him into the sea to feed the fish!"
The pirates started to clamor.
"Shut up."
Flamingo’s gaze swept around, and the pirates fell silent.
"Bring him a cup of wine,"
he said, nodding to one of the pirates.
"Yes, Captain,"
the pirate obeyed, and soon returned with a metal cup, which by its color, appeared to be made of aluminum.
It must be said, Flamingo really did care a lot about quality of life.
"Thank you,"
Liu Zheng reached out his hand, and said politely.
However, the pirate just looked at him with a cold smirk and didn’t place the cup in his hand.
"On my ship, anyone who wants food or drink has to work for me. You haven’t worked and want a drink; you’ll have to snatch it from his hands,"
Flamingo declared.
"Is this what every new person who joins this ship has to do?"
Liu Zheng inquired.
"That’s..."
Before Flamingo could finish, Liu Zheng’s leg had already lashed out with a move from Xingyiquan, "Yellow Dog takes a Leak."
The unsuspecting pirate holding the drink was hit squarely on the shin.
With the impressive strength of 5 points from Wozky Shode, the pirate staggered and kneeled on one knee in front of Liu Zheng as if to offer him a toast.
"Get up, no need for such grand gestures,"
Liu Zheng said as he took the half-spilled cup and drained it.
"You son of a bitch!"
The pirate realized what had happened, cursed loudly, and reached for his blade.
"Captain, if I kill him, can I take his place?"
Ignoring the pirate, Liu Zheng addressed Flamingo.
"You may,"
Flamingo replied indifferently.
"Alright, you can draw your weapon now,"
Liu Zheng turned to the pirate and said.
With his extreme enhancements, Wozky Shode’s physique was like that of a professionally-trained and combat-ready gorilla, while the pirate looked more like an underdeveloped sloth in comparison.
Add to that the formidable presence Liu Zheng had cultivated from countless life-and-death battles beyond the imagination of ordinary people, it all intimidated the pirate’s spirit.
"Hmph!"
The pirate’s forehead beaded with sweat, and eventually, he didn’t draw his blade and left in resentment.
This time, the other pirates didn’t laugh out loud but looked at Liu Zheng with complicated eyes.
They were gradually realizing that this prisoner was not a toy to be made fun of.
Only Captain Flamingo still remained unfazed.
A somewhat capable warrior was nothing special, and even formal knights were but meat for the cutting in the face of his magic.
"You’ve had your drink, now speak,"
he commanded.
"Alright, esteemed audience, listen closely,"
