’’Okay, thanks, man. So, everything is cool now?’’ I end the call and Jabi stares at me with curiosity. It has just been a couple of hours, but I already feel like the walls in this bunker are closing in on me. I want to be out of here and in my bed, in Jabi’s arms.

I don’t want to put pressure on him but from his answer, I can tell that he has some uncertainty roaming through his mind and that means he might want to stay in the pack. I will not let him stay in the condition that he was in. If I have to talk to Beau, then I will. The man needs to get his shit together. ’’You will agree to stay in the community for me?’’
