“Xiao Rou? She went out today!” Madam Meng replied with a tender smile, “She left early this morning, saying she had a date with Yilei.”

“These two kids, they really are quite affectionate. Now that I can see Xiao Rou has found such a good match, I feel content.”

Because of past events, she had always been worried about Meng Rou. Especially since Meng Rou had been rendered infertile due to those past issues.

She had almost given up hope. But who would have thought that in the end, Meng Rou actually ended up with Lu Yilei. That was the Fourth Master of the Lu Family, someone they could never have hoped to climb up to.
