As he said this, the driver lowered his voice a lot, “Many people speculate that these deaths were caused by the ghost of the house’s master, seeking revenge. Since then, this house has become famously haunted.”

“Maybe it’s just rumors spreading rumors,” Zhong Niangyao laughed and shook her head, “I’m just here to explore with friends.”

“What?”

“That’s very wise of you,” satisfied by her response, the driver nodded, “Let me take you back then! This place has too much yin energy to linger around.”

Zhong Niangyao shook her head before the driver could say anything else, “Uncle Driver, my friends and I agreed to meet here. If they arrive and can’t find me, they’ll be worried. You go ahead! I’ll leave with them when they get here.”

“I should stay and wait with you!”
