Somewhere in the South of the country sat an all majestic house that emitted dangerous vibes. In one of the study rooms of the of the house sat a man.

He was busy gritting his teeth the more he read content on his tablet.

"Liam Yang.. The Yang family! You really escaped me this time round, but I believe next time there will be no escaping Liam. I will make sure to have my revenge. I will make sure I destroy you. The same way you destroyed me. The same way you destroyed my family. The same way you destroyed my everything. I will make sure that that child does not come into existence. The man spoke as he made oaths to himself, still staring at the tablet before him. Anna and Edward were like a pawn that he could use, but now that they were both thrown into jail, he had no one else to use but that was not a problem because he was going to make sure that he gets his revenge. The man pulled his tablet aside as he started typing something in his computer at a very fast rate. At the same time, Jane’s computer made a sound and the lady immediately rushed to it.

Since it was a new beautiful day, Liam had gone to work and she on the other hand had chosen to stay back because everyone pampered her and they feared her working during the first trimester of her pregnancy and therefore she was free to do anything that she wished. The moment the man typed something in his computer, he had stepped on a territory that Jane was really keeping track on. Something that Jane was really following up to.

Jane can be described as a clever woman because she knows that there are a lot of enemies hidden in the dark and for her to handle them then she had to use different ways and wherever anyone was going to search anything and try to play dirty in the black market in relation to the Yang family, her family, herself, Liam and the rest, then she would receive an immediate notification and that is exactly what had just happened.

She carefully scanned the information and the more she scanned it the paler her face became.

"Who did my husband offend for him to be this bitter?"

Jen couldn’t help but ask herself a question as she studied the information pinned by the man. It was a bounty for the Yang family, especially Liam Yang. Jane took a breath as she relaxed, not knowing that trouble is about to come knocking her way soon, maybe sooner than she thought.

The man, on the other hand, was shocked when he realized the post that he had set himself had just disappeared out of thin air and as he pursed his lips, he immediately typed and set a new one and this time round, before Jane could take it down, someone had already given him a confirmation. Jane couldn’t keep her calm as she felt like something was wrong somewhere and as if it is out of habit, she started researching and trying to pin where this person was and who exactly this person was. The more she read the information, the more puzzled she became, trying to wonder what such a powerful man would want from Liam. I mean, he is someone who is well known across the country. Someone who is rich, someone who has it all, has power, he has money. But what? What exactly does he want with Liam? What Past grudges does he have with Liam? Jane continued scanning the information, but before she could go further, she received an alert that someone was trying to locate her. Someone was trying to find about her, and before the other person could get to her, she was able to escape safely. But of course, she did it with a lot of questions in mind.

The first thing that came to her mind was to speak to Liam but she felt like this was something that he won’t be ready to tell her, and therefore she she chose to take matters into her own hand. It was at this same moment that Liam sent her a text message informing her of having an impromptu meeting out of the country.

Jane didn’t seem to mind much about it and only sent a text back wishing him a safe journey and of course she didn’t forget to remind him that she loves him.

And just like that, Jane spent her day feeling pressured, feeling stressed, trying to wonder what exactly to do and how exactly to do it. She was still trying to figure out who to confide in so as to protect her family. Looking outside the windows, she could see the city lights shining as the moon was high up the sky seemingly greeting the people and showing off its beauty. The girl sighed before she closed her balcony door and headed into the bedroom.

After a series of thoughts, she finally decided to fall asleep but as she was preparing to turn to the other side of the bed, hwe keen self seemed to pick something. Her alert self told her someone was in the building and they did not come with any good intentions.

Immediately, her thoughts went back to the post that she saw on the black market and she couldn’t help but curse out loud.

"Oh damn it! What to do, What to do, What to do?!"

She silently muttered under her breath before she stealthily got out of bed and took out a gun from one of the drawers. Of course, it was Liam’s gun. The girl stood behind the door arming herself as she tried to calm her beating heart, she knew she was in danger and she had no one to call right now and even if she were to call, she would alert the person on the other side of the door.

And as if the other person in question had a thought that the person inside might have known about them and might have wanted to call for help, they immediately opened the door and it surprisingly opened without making a single sound.

The man himself stealthily walked in but stopped when he realized that the bed was empty. He squinted his eyes in suspicion because the bed looked shuffled, indicating that someone was sleeping there and, as if by default, his eyes immediately shot towards Jane’s direction only to find a gun aimed at his head, a woman coldly staring at him.

He tilted his head, as if analyzing her, trying to decipher who she was but then remembered that the man in question has a family and this woman right before him should be his wife.

His smile immediately became sickly twisted as he eyed the girl up and down before finally deciding to start his fight, but before he could go farther, a bullet immediately shot out of Jane’s gun immediately hit right between his forehead, but not before the man took out a knife, shooting back at her, but this time he aimed for her stomach.

Jane’s face immediately went pale as she looked at the knife that was directly piercing through her stomach and she couldn’t help but immediately fall down. The man, on the other hand, had already died. "Li.. Liam... I love you hubby.." Jane softly uttered before losing her consciousness.

"You do realize that it was unimportant for you to mix up my schedule Dan! I should be with my wife right now. What is wrong with you? I think I am paying you too much!"

Liam couldn’t help but shout on the face of his assistant, who had actually mixed up his schedules. Dan was just lucky that they had realized the mistake before the boarded Liam’s private plane.

Liam shook his head in annoyance before he got into the back seat as of his Mercedes as Dan drove him back to his house.

The moment he stepped out, he couldn’t help but feel a certain strange vibe, and the man immediately frowned. The place was pitch black, extremely pitch black with no security light even on. He couldn’t help but frown as he slowly approached his door.

And the closer he got, the more anxious his heart became. He felt like there was something behind the door. That there were some secrets behind the store that he was not going to love.

The man braced himself as he got into his house and realized that the place was beautifully quiet and couldn’t help but breathing a sigh of relief. His wife must have fallen asleep then. He smiled fondly as he took out his suit jacket before heading to the kitchen for a glass of water. He quietly sipped his water as he observed their house and couldn’t help but smile when he detected her vanilla scent lingering around.

As he intended to rush to the bedroom where his wife was, he suddenly felt a strong weird feeling prompting him to hurry up and once he realized their bedroom door was slightly ajar he relaxed only to see some dark red liquid sipping out from the room.

"JANEE!! BABY NOOO!!!!"
