"Oh come on mom I know!" This was the fifth time Liam was complaining because of his mother’s constant whining. One could even think Jane was her child and not him!

"Yea Yea! Whatever you say son but I swear if this party isn’t going to be the party of the year, forget about calling me your mother, humph!"

Mother Yang stormed out if the office leaving Liam with a headache as the man slightly massaged the sides of his head.

The party is going to be tomorrow and as far as he knows, everything is set and planned because tomorrow is the day he also plans to officially propose to her. He knows he has kept that issue hanging for long but now was the best time to finally make her feel like the queen she is.

He decided to go through everything one last time before finally leaving the office. He was about to open his office door when someone opened it instead and the strong smell of perfume immediately overpowered him making him sneeze constantly.

"What is it Miss Long?" He internally rolled his eyes but his expression was stone cold making the girl who was trying so hard to battle her fake lashes in the name of impressing him.

"I..I.. I.. "Yes, as usual, she is out of words and making a fool out of herself.

"It will be good if you maintain your distance from me and stay professional ,otherwise...." Liam’s cold voice rang in her ears making her shiver slightly but at the same time turned her on. Yeap, she sure is sick.

"Ye..yes sir." She replied shakily and immediately Liam pushed her out of his way but he didn’t realize that her perfume was now rubbed on him, keeping in mind the fact that it was so strong and that he had slightly touched her.

The man got into his car and headed back home but what surprised him is that Jane was so mad at her and even refused to hug him.

"Babe please tell me what is wrong my love?" Liam continuously begged only to receive a glare that made him gulp slightly.

"Why don’t you ask the woman who was brave enough to rub herself on you?" Her Voice was laced with complete anger that Liam was sure imaginary smoke was coming out of her ears.

Her words made his eyes widen in shock only to finally realized that he smelled like his pathetic assistant making the man rush for a shower immediately.

He came out fresh, in only a towel that was hanging dangerously low on his waist, his skin slightly red showing how much he had tried scrubbing the perfume out of him.

Jane was obviously ogling making Liam lightly smirk but his happiness was short lived when a heel came flying his way, perfectly aiming for his nose making him cry in dramatic agony.

He looked over at her and the same deadly glare was plastered on her face before she finally spoke.

"Next time you let a pathetic woman get close to you, let your broken nose remind you who you fucking belong to Liam Yang! I am not fond of sharing you know...."

Liam gulped before he carefully started walking to her, not minding his broken and bleeding nose. His aim was to currently cool her, he knew how over the place her hormones were right now and man was not ready to die before seeing his children.

When he finally got to her, he engulfed her in a very heartwarming hug as he continuously whispered sweet nothings to her, miraculously calming her down.

Marisa was leaving the office, it was around 8 pm when she decided to leave but noticed that Liam didn’t shut his door after their short encounter earlier.

Something in her told her to go ahead and check his office and she willingly complied with whatever force pushed her.

She started going through his items carefully, wondering why on earth Liam forgot to even lock the desk drawer when a certain envelope caught her attention.

She curiously opened it only for her face to go pale as all blood drained out of her face.

"Liam is going to be a father! Hell no! I can’t let this happen! No.. No.."

The girl was in continuous denial on seeing Jane’s medical report alongside the ultra sounds and everything.

She felt like she was going mad. Jane being pregnant meant that Liam’s inheritance is already taken and as far as she knows, that is meant for no one else other than her child! Her illegitimate child but who cares, the inheritance is hers..

She suddenly smiled when a thought crossed her mind. Suddenly she wasn’t in a bad mood any more, she was infact smiling as she left the company building but not before making a phone call somewhere.

"Jane is pregnant?" Anna repeatedly asked herself even though she already knew the answer to her question.

The girl started laughing like a maniac as she repeatedly questioned herself, caressing her belly at the same time.

She knew what she had to do with this new set of information and she was ready to utilize it in the right manner

"so, poison, accident, miscarriage..hmm.. So many options to choose from.. Hehe.. Ohh, perhaps depression? Arrgh! So many ways to finally bring down the mighty Jane or should I just go with all?"

"Tomorrow will tell me won’t it?" She finally murmured before slipping into her sheets and letting sleep finally take over.

A huge storm was coming, a storm that was going to put an end to the enemity between Anna and Jane, a storm that was going to determine their futures..if there is even going to be a future.
