As the Mo couple was having their time, the birthday girls decided to wrap up the event after two more hours of celebrating and giving the people an opportunity to socialize.

Everyone got a chance to congratulate the new mothers in the family, something that came as a surprise to all them as the didn’t expect for Jane and Rose to get pregnant at the same time.

Jane and Liam chose to head back to their penthouse instead of spending the night at the Lu mansion like the rest.

"Babe.. Are you mad at me?" Jane chose her words carefully when she noticed Liam was awfully quiet during the whole ride back home.

Liam looked over at the woman on the passenger seat and just shook his head. His head was a mess right now with all the thoughts about his woman being pregnant and about him becoming a father all of a sudden.

He was busy thinking of the gender of their baby, when he should start purchasing items for their baby and so on. He frowned from time to time but he didn’t realize his actions were being perceived in the wrong manner by Jane.

"Then why haven’t you spoken or said anything to me?" Jane asked back, tears threatening to spill out of her eyes as she tried to hold them back.

"I don’t know about you but I really want this baby, that is the reason why I didn’t use morning after pill on that day but if all this rubs you in the wrong way,, I.. Goodnight Liam."

The moment Liam came back to his senses, he realized he was alone with his woman nowhere in sight but only relaxed when he realized they were packed outside their home.

"When did she leave?" He wondered as he took the elevator to their floor but the problem or rather, mistake was that the man didn’t hear Jane’s last words, heck he didn’t even notice her cracked voice and teary eyes. He didn’t even realize she had called him by his government name!

He got into the house and headed straight to their room but his hand stopped on the handle when he heard sobbings and then her voice followed.

"Baby your father doesn’t seem to like us..he didn’t say a word to us back at the car and didn’t you see him frowning from time to time..he didn’t even hold us back when we left the car sweetie."

Her sobs got louder when she finished her speech to their baby actually scaring him making him bust into the room immediately.

He went and gently wrapped his hands on either sides of her stomach before nuzzling his face in the crook of her neck inhaling her sweet vanilla scent that seemed to calm down his thoughts immediately.

"Who on earth said I don’t want you baby?" He asked in a low and calm voice as he gently rubbed her belly where their love was growing. His son or his daughter...

Jane stiffened at first when she felt her belly being rubbed but slowly relaxed when she realized her husband was the one rubbing her and with his face in the crook of her neck, she actually felt a strong sense of security from the man behind her.

Wooah! Hold on, did she just describe him as her husband? Sure she has called him that countless times but why was she feeling extra emotional this time round, for what reason though?

"You don’t seem to depict any emotions, unlike Jordan who happily lifted Rose knowing he was going to be a father, you just gave us a blank look, frowning from time to time.. Don’t you want us?"

Jane asked, the last statement coming out as a whisper as she let her tears free this time round.

"Baby..." Liam called her before turning her to face him only to see her teary face and puffy eyes. He felt an immediate sting in his heart looking at the love of his life crying and it’s all because of him. He had promised to never hurt her but here he was hurting her, making her cry her heart out.

"Come here love." He took her in for a quick hug before looking at her once again, his ocean blue eyes depicting nothing but love towards her.

"If I was to tell you I got more excited than Jordan but I had to try and conceal it because well..we’d end up rolling in the sheets with the amount of excitement I felt darling."

He chuckled lightly making the woman in his hands blush slightly as she held onto his shirt.

"Heck, I even wanted to kiss you all over before anyone but I couldn’t love. I got so excited knowing I was going to be a father but yea, I can’t deny the fact that I kind of got scared for a moment it was all sudden baby, I don’t know if I can make a great father love."

By now, Jane had stopped crying as he looked at the man before him, her heart swelling with happiness and love for him but she wasn’t planning on interrupting his speech but on the mention of him not being a good father for their baby, she had to interrupt immediately.

"Listen to me babe, neither do I know whether I can make a good mother or not but everything has a first time and in this case, this is going to be our first time being parents but what is more beautiful than knowing we have a mini me or mini you knowing well he or she is a product of our love babe.."
