Anna on the other hand was awoken by a call, not one but numerous calls at once. After she arrived home the previous night, knowing she had ’sorted’ out the matter about her infidelity, the girl slept like a baby in assumptions that all was well.

Her phone kept on ringing contiously making the girl feel like she needed to kill someone.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" The girl shouted impatiently the moment she picked up her phone only for a booming voice to come from the other end.

"You whore! You ruined my family’s reputation!!" upon hearing mother Chen’s voice from the other end the girl quickly gained her senses as she sat up straight.

"Hehe.. Auntie what is wrong? Why are..." She started her statement in a careful manner upon noticing the temper of the woman on the other end.

She did not finish her statement when the woman on the other end erupted once again. "Just go read the news you disgusting whore!!"

Mother Chen immediately hang up upon saying her final words finally leaving Anna wondering why she had to check the news and why on earth this old hag was screaming early in the morning.

Before she could even check the internet, her phone started blowing up again and this time round, the doubt of something wrong happening started sprouting again and the girl was finally sure that something was definitely wrong.

Anna took a second to close her eyes, trying to absorb all she had just seen before she opened her eyes, her eyes flashed wickedly with determination. She knew she was not ready to lose it nor was she ready to let go off this title as Mrs Chen and if she was going to lose it, she was going to make sure to hold onto some thick thigh for support because as long as she knew, her parents were useless.

She stood up and went towards her bedroom window before making a vow to herself. "This is something I am not ready to lose and if I have to fight then so be it.. Bring it on country X!!"

Before Anna could reason further, she remembered yesterday’s incident and her eyebrows furrowed. Who was that girl? What did she want from her? Ohh right.. She said she wanted revenge but why...who on earth was she?

She sighed before spreading her bed and heading to the bathroom, she needed to visit Edward immediately. If only she...the girl smiled wickedly at her own thoughts before heading for a shower. She was sure whatever plan she had today was going to work.

After getting dressed, she took her phone, ignored all the calls and dialed a certain number. After a short conversation with the person on the other end she immediately hang up and called Edward.

"In fifteen minutes, let’s meet at XXXX" The girl went straight to the point immediately after calling making Edward furrow his eyebrows. She did not even beg him or cry or try to sound pitiful, completely opposite to her usual self.

Edward wore a small frown as his inner self struggled whether he should see this cheating woman or not. The man struggled for long before he finally decided to give in.

He was initially leaving the company and of course with yesterday’s incident, paparazzi and reporters were ofcourse going to be everywhere and he wasn’t a fool to use the private parking lot because he knew that’s where they were going to wait for him in that exact same place.

He used the parking lot at the front of the company and true to his thoughts, no single reporter was around making the man sigh but seemingly sighing in satisfaction.

He drove to the location provided by Anna only to find the woman sitted, staring outside, seemingly lost in her own thoughts.

He stopped for a while and stared at her. In truth, she was a beautiful woman but her attitude and behaviour which he surprisingly didn’t notice before is what made her ugly in whole.

He snapped out of his thoughts before he headed for a seat across her seat. "Speak."

He uttered one word bringing Anna out of the world of thoughts she was in. "Ohh, Edward, you are here." Anna smiled looking at the handsome man seated across her.

"Yes Iam, now speak, I am a busy man, that you should be aware of." Anna nodded her head to his response and she seemed calmer than usual making Edward feel suspicious but he buried the thought deep inside as he once again focused on the woman before him.

Anna was about to speak when the door to the suite opened and in came a waiter.

"May I please take your orders?" The waiter asked in a polite manner and Anna immediately proceeded to place her order.
