Victoria could have sworn she had never felt that humiliated in her life but she did not have the power to give in easily as she was not ready to get humiliated before the whole country.

Father Mo walked up to Ian and gave him a hug as he nodded his head approvingly. "Your mother told me she is a pro.. probably better than you, congratulations son, I can finally see you settle down." He said to Ian who chuckled back as he happily hugged his father.

The moment they got into the car, Mother Mo’s phone rang and immediately she picked up, Mother Lu’s voice sounded from the other end. "Aaaaah! The woman did not wait for an answer and immediately hang up.

Mother Mo turned to face both Ian and Mary but Ian stopped her before she could start speaking because it was obvious she was going to exaggerate every piece of information. "Mom we heard her, auntie’s voice was pretty loud." Ian said as both Mary and father Mo laughed because his statement left his mother’s mouth hanging accompanied by a pout.

"Humph!" The woman went before lifting the partioner giving the two some privacy at the back.

"Hey, are you okay?" Ian asked when he noticed that the girl seemed to be in deep thoughts. "No.. who was that girl Ian? I really don’t think that her main aim is just getting married to you..." She asked as she positioned herself properly.

"I swear I do not know her but I can conduct an investigation on her.." Ian said only to see a smirking Mary looking at him, confusing him for a second. "What?" He asked when he noticed the smirk seeming to not fade away anytime soon.

"It’s funny how you quickly forget who I am. I am sorry husband but I can handle it on my own." She finished as she checked on her nails. "But I am your husband..I should.. " Ian didn’t finish his statement when Mary gave him a glare prompting him to shut up immediately. "Yes Ma’am. You are the boss." He said before smiling and placing a kiss on her forehead.

"Ooh, by the way..."He started speaking once again gaining her attention. "You look so sexy when you are bossy.." He finished only to get a giggle from the girl who was trying to keep a straight face..."Uum.. thank you.." Mary replied back trying hard not to blush because the guy’s voice had become dangerously low as he complemented her.

"Wow.. you are blushin...oouch woman!" Ian couldn’t finish his statement when the girl punched him to save herself from the situation. "Okay fine, you win, jeez!" He said as he laughed lightly but not without trying to tease her once again.
