She stopped for a while and took a breathe.

"Stay together with someone who loves you unconditionally. Let me tell you something about the man holding me right now."

Unknowingly, a beautiful smile got plastered on her face.

"If someone could have told me months back that I was going to fall head over heels for Liam, I am sure I would have laughed all day but look at me now, I am indeed head over heels for him.."

Liam immediately turned around and stared at her but the girl just gave him a smile as she continued.

"Today, right now, I can compare him to water, I can’t survive without him, at all. Falling in love with him for me is like listening to your favourite song every single day, it never gets old.."

"I am 100% sure that he is the man I want to spend my life with."

The venue was completely silent as both of their mothers and grandmothers were silently tearing up, with their husbands proudly comforting them.

Anna and Edward were both mouth open as they couldn’t believe what they were hearing.

Liam couldn’t believe what he was hearing but Jane couldn’t give him a chance to speak as she continued, this time, staring at him, maintaining a clear eye contact.

She lifted her microphone and spoke,

"Hey baby, let me remind you something. I am not with you just for fun or because you are the wealthiest man in the country, no handsome. I am with you because I love you and no matter how much we screw things up or argue, you are always going to be my man, my future husband and the father of our kids."

Liam’s eyes were getting wet with tears as he heard this, he absolutely couldn’t believe it!

An enormous round of applause was heard as the audience clapped and smiled, staring at them in adoration.

"Damn! I wish I was Mr Yang!"

"This is the best couple!"

"Honey.. look at our girl! I am so proud!"

There were alot of comments as mother Lu hugged her husband tight looking at her daughter confessing her love to her man with no Shame before the whole country!

Anna couldn’t believe that the two were going to overshadow her event but before she could stop them, the sly Jane was steps ahead.

"Since Anna asked me here for reasons we all understand, today, mark my words, I will prove to all of you that the only man my heart recognizes is Liam Yang!"

Jane spoke as she tightly held her locket.

Edward did not know why but immediately Jane said that, he felt like someone was slicing his heart into two that he could actually feel the pain.

After a whole minute of gaining courage, Jane opened the locket and took out the ring gently, earning a gasp from the audience and a shocked look from all those on stage.

She lifted the ring up in the air for everyone to clearly see it as she spoke.

"I know it is normally men who propose to their women but tonight, I am going to make my man happy by being the one proposing to him."

Liam started smiling hearing this because the man was enjoying the shocked look on Edward’s face.

"Liam Yang, I want our love to flourish everday. I want us to grow old together, Let us sire as many kids as we can and remind everyone that love can still be beautiful my dear fiancé." I love you Liam."

The girl said as she put the microphone away and carefully placing the ring on his finger.

Jane did not finish when she felt his hand pulling her closer by the waist and his lips crushed on hers immediately.

Without a second thought, the girl opened her mouth granting him access to a sweet deep kiss.

The audience was actually going crazy with screams and cheers while the reporters and cameramen struggled to take pictures and zoom in to clearly capture the two kissing.

"Kyaa! That’s my girl!" Grandma Lu shouted as she clapped with all her might.

"Wow! Who knew she was so bold! I love this!" Grandma Yang spoke as they all clapped for the kissing couple.

The rest had the same reaction, pure happiness written on their face but then Rose suddenly started shouting,

"Liane! Liane! Liane!"

Everyone immediately followed suit shouting the name LIANE as they clapped to match the rhythm of their shouts.

Anna couldn’t believe that the two were stealing her night! The cheers and claps were much more stronger but during her time, there was barely any excitement!

Edward stared at Jane kissing back Liam passionately and the man felt like crying, he could feel alot of pain in his heart but he did not know why he was feeling all of this in the first place.

The Chen couple was busy swallowing their anger as they felt this was Jane’s way to deal with them.

After three whole minutes, they finally stopped kissing and Liam stared at her as he caressed her cheek,

"I love you so much my queen, I really do and I promise to give you a magnificent engagement party baby girl."

He proceeded to kiss her forehead as the girl shut her eyes with a huge smile on her face to absorb the feeling.

The audience was still clapping when Jane turned to them and spoke,

"He has promised a very lavish engagement party, feel free to attack him for me if you see him delaying."

Her statement made the crowd laugh as Liam pinched her slightly, seeming to enjoy her jokes.

Before Jane could say another word, Liam snatched the microphone from her, snaked his hand on her waist and turned to face Anna and Edward.
