54: Chapter 54: Catching the Thief Like This 54: Chapter 54: Catching the Thief Like This At this moment, the female officer still had her arms tightly wrapped around James Brown’s neck, pressing his upper body firmly against hers, chest against chest, feeling the increased resilience of her bust.
The hot breath from the policewoman’s mouth kept blowing across James Brown’s face, carrying a faint trace of fragrance.
In such a situation, James, a healthy man, simply couldn’t withstand the sensation.
His body instantly reacted, and an evil thought crossed his mind: to take this policewoman right then and there.
But that thought was only fleeting.
With James’s mental fortitude, he couldn’t be easily swayed by evil temptations.
Placing his hands on the ground, he pleaded urgently, “Officer, I swear I’m not a thief.
Please let me go; I promise I won’t run.”
“No way!” The policewoman turned out to be unexpectedly stubborn, her hands gripping tightly without a hint of letting go, her legs now twining and entangling James’s legs.
Earlier, she was on top and naturally had the advantage, the initiative, but now, pinned beneath James, she had to use this method to prevent him from escaping.
James’s body suddenly sank downward, increasing the intensity of their bodily contact, a strong surge of pleasure swiftly spreading throughout his body, and he couldn’t help but let out a low grunt.
If he could get this policewoman in bed, and she was this forceful, it would indeed be extremely satisfying.
“Officer, I promise I won’t run—isn’t that enough for you?
What more do you want?
Look, I haven’t made any other move,” James continued trying to persuade the policewoman.
Their position was exceedingly erotic, but it would be too embarrassing if Emily Jenkins returned with the locksmith.
“Fine!” The policewoman suddenly released her arms, and James breathed a sigh of relief, quickly pushing himself up.
Just as he was about to stand, the policewoman’s still-clasped legs twisted fiercely once more, again sending James tumbling to the ground.
If James were to use his actual skills, her efforts, even if as hard as she could muster, wouldn’t have been enough to take him down.
But James didn’t want to resist, so he let himself fall to the floor again.
And the policewoman, once more pouncing on him, suddenly stretched a hand beneath his belly and harshly grabbed the very firm part of James.
“Ah!” James’s eyes widened, staring dumbfounded at the policewoman.
“Asshole, move again and I’ll crush it,” the policewoman glared threateningly at James, gritting her teeth.
Despite the blush already on her face, another layer of redness appeared, unable to hide the embarrassment and shyness beneath her ferocity.
“I won’t move, I won’t move!” James quickly raised his hands, knowing better than to make any sudden moves while his sensitive spot was in her grasp.
It seemed the policewoman took satisfaction in having subdued James, sitting up but still clutching that part of him.
She couldn’t help but speak smugly, “You bastard, go ahead and struggle now.
Try thinking of running away.”
James chuckled wryly and said, “Officer, I really didn’t run.
How many times do I have to say it?
I live in the apartment in the middle; my key is still there.
If you don’t believe me, just open the middle door and see.”
The policewoman glanced at the middle door, seemingly tempted, but immediately became cautious and said, “Don’t even think about making me let go.
You bastard, I’m going to take you in today.”
James was somewhat speechless.
How could this officer be so inexperienced?
But considering her youthful appearance, she couldn’t be more than in her early twenties, probably fresh from the police academy.
“Ding”
The elevator doors opened, and Emily Jenkins stepped out.
She immediately saw James laying on the ground with a policewoman sitting beside him, one hand actually grasping under his groin.
“Ah ah!
I didn’t see anything, I’m disappearing, I’m out of here!” Emily screamed and turned to run towards the elevator, but the doors had already closed.
She was in such a rush that she unexpectedly slammed right into the elevator doors.
“Aiyo!” Emily cried out in pain, squatting down and covering her nose.
The impact wasn’t heavy, but it hit her nose precisely, causing involuntary tears to stream down her face.
James felt a moment of frustration and cried out, “Emily, are you alright?”
“I…I’m fine…” Emily turned her head, tears pouring out, looking pitiful.
In his worry, the part below James suddenly softened, and the policewoman, acting on reflex, gave it a hard squeeze.
James let out a scream of pain.
This time, it wasn’t just a grip on his gun; she had gotten hold of his eggs.
Even for someone as skilled as James, that area was defenseless.
Moreover, the policewoman was not gentle in her handling, causing his body to recoil in pain, instantly breaking out in a sweat.
“Big Brother Brown, what happened to you?” Emily Jenkins was startled by James Brown’s scream and hurried over, but as soon as she got there, she spun around and stuttered, “Sorry, sorry.”
The policewoman finally sensed something was off.
James Brown and Emily Jenkins knew each other—had she really made a mistake?
And in front of a young woman, she had been grasping a man’s balls; even in the line of duty, the policewoman couldn’t tolerate this anymore.
She quickly let go of James Brown, cleared her throat, put on a serious face, and said to Emily Jenkins, “I’m a police officer, and who are you?”
Emily Jenkins, with her back to James Brown, replied hurriedly, “I live here.
My name is Emily Jenkins.
Officer, this has nothing to do with me.
I didn’t see anything.
Don’t arrest me.”
The policewoman’s face darkened and she said, “Why would I arrest you?
Do you know this guy?”
“Yes, yes, I know him.
He’s my neighbor, James Brown, Big Brother Brown.” Emily Jenkins sneaked a peek behind her to see James Brown struggling to stand up while the policewoman had already let go of him.
She quickly turned around, glanced at James Brown and then at the policewoman, and said with a grin, “Big Brother Brown, is she your girlfriend?”
James Brown, in pain, was gritting his teeth, but the sight of Emily Jenkins rendering the policewoman utterly embarrassed brought a small sense of pleasure, diminishing the intensity of his pain.
“No, no, I’m a police officer.
I saw him trying to open your door and thought he was a thief, which is why I grabbed him,” explained the policewoman hastily.
Emily Jenkins immediately looked between James Brown’s legs and burst out laughing, “You have a very special way of catching thieves.”
The policewoman wished she could just disappear into a crack in the ground—this was utterly embarrassing.
She felt a rising sense of resentment and glared fiercely at James Brown.
In an attempt to save face, she pretended to cough and said to Emily Jenkins, “He was trying to open your door, and not with a key.
Are you sure he wasn’t trying to sneak into your place?”
Emily Jenkins immediately shook her head like a rattle drum and said, “How could Big Brother Brown steal from my place?
Even mice leave my home with tears in their eyes.”
James Brown burst into laughter at that, and Emily Jenkins couldn’t help but grin.
Yet she managed to keep a straight face and said, “For something like opening a door, you could ask property management or a locksmith.
The Public Security Bureau has several designated locksmiths; you shouldn’t just go picking any.”
“You keep talking; I’m in so much pain, I need to go home and rest.” Clutching his groin, James Brown hobbled to his own doorstep, only to realize his key was still stuck in Emily Jenkins’s door.
He turned to Emily Jenkins and said, “Emily, could you pass me the key, please?”
Just as Emily Jenkins was about to turn the key, the policewoman snatched it away first, but upon examining the item on it, she immediately approached James Brown and demanded, “What’s the meaning of this?
As far as I know, that’s something only professional thieves carry.
And you claim you’re not a thief?”
James Brown rolled his eyes and said, “So having this thing makes me a thief?
Does having a knife make someone a murderer, having money a corrupt official?
Might as well arrest all men then, because they’re all rapists.”
The policewoman was left speechless by James Brown, but what truly embarrassed her was his last statement, reminding her how just moments ago she had grabbed hold of his part, which could indeed commit the crime of rape.
With a sense of great injustice, James Brown said, “Officer, even if we’re catching bad guys, isn’t it still necessary to look for evidence?
You can’t falsely accuse me without proof.
You just treated me in such a way, and I haven’t said anything.
Yet you go on to accuse me.
Even if you’re a police officer, that’s no way to treat people.”
“You…” The policewoman utterly despised James Brown at that point.
She threw the key at him and said, “Open the door.”
“Officer, what else do you want to do?” James Brown’s eyes widened in alarm as he shielded his crotch, not saying anything, but his gesture suggested he was afraid the policewoman might take liberties with him.
Emily Jenkins laughed out loud again, causing the policewoman to turn even redder with rage as she insisted, “I am the local police officer here, named Helen Wilson.
I need to register all the residents in this area.”
James Brown exhaled in relief and said, “That scared me to death.
I thought you…”
“What thought you, cut the crap and get inside right now,” Helen Wilson cut off James Brown’s words and pushed him, feeling completely humiliated by the day’s events.
If James Brown continued his rambling, she was ready to flee in utter embarrassment.
James Brown obediently opened the door and stepped inside, suddenly turning back to carefully ask, “Are you sure you’re only here to register…nothing else?”
“Get inside!” Unable to tolerate any further, Helen Wilson kicked James Brown inside and followed, closing the door behind them, leaving Emily Jenkins’s unrestrained laughter ringing outside.
“Officer Wilson, this is…Isn’t this a bit too aggressive?
I’m not a criminal; how could you kick me?” James Brown stumbled into the house, rubbing his behind and looked innocently at Helen Wilson.
