Chapter 57: Devourer of Light

An iron wall was coming toward me. One that should be used to protect, but was now a weapon used for murder. But it lacked the speed and flexibility of something designed for killing. So I exploited that weak point and ducked under and dashed beneath his legs.

You have to crawl out of your comfort zone whenever you’re fighting in an unknown battleground, as they know the field better than you, and the only way to catch them by surprise is by doing something that even you don’t expect.

You only have to have the courage and natural feeling of leadership running through your veins. You have to be proud of what you are, to think you’re better than anyone else, and that is the reason why they follow you. Because their weak and need someone strong to help.

There is... just one more person in this scenario that could compete with me for that title. The one that meets all of these conditions better than me and some more of his own. But that didn’t matter, because today, I had won.
