The Silent Pact of a Wolf Babysitter -
Chapter 109: What do You Want… With my Master’s Body?
Chapter 109: What do You Want... With my Master’s Body?
Tamayō stayed curled up on the grass bed, still sobbing.
’Well, it was my plan, in the first place... let me console her.’
So, I stepped away from the door and walked toward Tamayō.
"Tamayō. Alicia," I said calmly. "We have made a mistake. No way around it. Let’s face it—Master Raven’s a late bloomer. Maybe our approaches are just too aggressive."
I placed a hand on Tamayō’s head to comfort her.
When I tried to place one on Alicia’s, she gave my hand a sudden dangerous glare—so I wisely backed off.
"Trust me," I said, "Master Raven doesn’t hate you."
"...Truly?"
"I assure you. If anything, he’s most likely upset with me. He possibly suspects I orchestrated the entire plan."
"But... you did come up with it."
"Tamayō, be silent, and let me console you properly. Of all Master’s summons, only you—and that damn spider—have dared to make a move. That places you beyond mere summon status. You’re the third baby of our Wife–Baby Association, remember?"
I smiled gently at both of them. "I’ll speak to Master Raven tomorrow and apologize on our behalf. I’ll take the blame."
"...But... the blame is yours—"
"Tamayō, please."
Once I’d calmed her down, she finally relaxed, then vanished back into the Shadow Realm—where all Master Raven’s summons reside.
Alicia, oddly enough, didn’t seem too upset by what had happened. If anything, her focus was still on Master Raven’s strange closeness with Jorō.
Not long after, she curled up and fell asleep on Master Raven’s bed.
Flora wandered over to me, her steps small and unsure. That Jobina had already dozed off on the cotton bed nearby.
"Mama," Flora asked quietly, "why did you do that to Papa?"
Sigh.
I picked up her petite frame and laid down beside her and Alicia on the bed.
Flora carried the same scent as Master Raven—wet earth.
But he had something more... the faint fragrance of burnt flowers.
"You’re far too young to understand, Flora." I twirled her silky hair. "But we did it out of love."
She stared up at me for a moment, "You tied Flora up, used a high-level slumber spell on Papa and attacked him... out of love?"
"..."
Then she nestled against my side. "Grown-ups... are really strange..."
"..."

As the sunlight began to seep into Coastelle, I gently placed Flora back on the bed.
Alicia was still fast asleep. So was Jobina.
I, however, hadn’t closed my eyes even once.
I had been keeping watch—over Master Raven.
Because something odd was happening.
I sensed it.
A wild, rapid fluctuation of soul hues... like two souls switching places.
It had to be her.
That troublesome spider.
Jorō.
When she was about to destroy the Gleipnir Stone, I sensed it—
A presence not hers.
When her eyes turned black, it wasn’t just a magical reaction.
She switched.
With something else.
Then, she glared at me the moment she realized I’d noticed.
I stayed awake, keeping vigil, just in case that thing inside her decided to harm Master Raven.
But now... both presences were gone.
She’d been pulled back to the Shadow Realm. Perhaps.
Nonetheless, it’s time to act!
I made my way to the hillside where Master Raven stood.
But, to my surprise, he didn’t seem nearly as furious as I’d expected.
Still, I began to plead. To apologize. To grovel in just the right way...
And that’s when I saw it.
A golden opening.
A juicy, vulnerable gap in his composure.
I played the damsel in distress—helpless, guilty, and needy.
And to my utter delight... it worked.
Master Raven’s gaze dropped—
Right to my crotch.
With a wild, animal intensity, he stared.
Like a predator tracking a deer.
Like I was about to be devoured alive!
Yes, I told the others we should give him space...
But this opportunity?
Too excellent to pass up.
Master Raven is suddenly in heat.
Ah, I’m so glad I’m a woman.
I immediately pressed on.
I slithered across the grass with deliberate refinement, my movements seductive and slow.
Flaunting every feminine potency which I possessed—shoulders, thigh, a teasing flash of hip.
Every motion was a wordless incantation, meant to intoxicate.
And I was beginning to succeed. I was grabbing his attention.
His focus sharpened. His breathing shifted. His body tensed.
But who would’ve known... Master Raven is more interested in human women bodies—instead of the likes of Shizuka or Tamayō in their original form.
No matter. If that’s the taste of our Supreme Lord, I’ll become the finest delicacy he’s ever feasted on.
My voice dropped to a low, husky whisper.
I leaned in, beckoning, tempting...
But then—
Just when his lust seemingly reached its peak—
He changed.
His expression darkened.
His jaw clenched.
Then... he closed his eyes.
And bowed his head.
...Strange.
"...M-Master Raven?" I edged closer, suddenly unsure. "Please... disregard what just happened. If I went too far, I could—"
Wait.
What... is this?
As he raised his head...
He was no longer... him.
Just like with Jorō; His soul hue had shifted completely.
His crimson eyes now glowed gold, and within them shimmered an ancient inscription—a heavenly inscription I could not easily decipher.
No.
That doesn’t matter.
His face...
Completely devoid of emotion and expression.
That was a face of Ravenswood I never wanted to see again.
"Master Raven, are you alrig—?!"
WHAM!
I cried out, panic rising in my throat. But I didn’t get the chance to finish.
A devastating force struck my abdomen—fast, precise, and brutal.
So strong, I thought it had pierced right through me.
Even Sarvest cannot exert a blow like that.
Before I could process what happened, I was airborne, my body scraping the earth like a tossed corpse. I landed hard, but managed to skid to a stop near the lake.
The air was gone from my lungs, but I forced myself upright.
I tried to speak—
"What is the matter! Mast—!!?"
But my knees buckled. I dropped.
Blood spilled from my mouth. Thick. Much. Too much.
My vision blurred at the edges.
From just one hit?
The last time I received a blow like that...
It was millennia ago.
When Namadris attacked me.
Oh no...
My legs—
They won’t move.
The pain in my gut is spreading, crippling, unforgiving.
Before I could breathe again, he was suddenly in front of me.
A flash of motion—so fast.
Standing just meters away.
Still... no emotion in his eyes.
Tsk.
I looked up, body trembling, my breaths shallow and ragged.
"...Who are you?" I whispered. "And what do you want... with my Master’s body?"
