"Lord Dong Han would be furious when he heard about this. Go and look for the culprit. He needs to be caught. Otherwise, our head will go flying." The captain shouted. He then remembered something. "You, go to another room where his partner stayed. We can use him to threaten the culprit."

Bai Xifeng was not worried about Liu Longwei. There was no way that man should stay put when they wanted to use him to threaten her. She would stay hidden and could escape when the time came.

"What? That man went missing?" Dong Han smacked his table.

"Yes, Your Excellency." The butler nodded.

"Find him quickly. My daughter will be married to him tonight." Dong Han said.

It seemed the guards still hid the fact that the precious herbs had been robbed by Bai Xifeng.

"What happens, Lord Dong Han?" A middle-aged man appeared at the door asking Dong Han.

Dong Han did not get angry at the middle-aged man. He even treated him with respect.

"Oh, Lord Wen. Why are you here?" Dong Han welcomed the middle-aged man, Wen Jingguo with a smile.

Dong Han signalled his butler to prepare some tea. The butler nodded and went to prepare the tea.

"I want to request the herbs." Wen Jingguo stated.

"Oh, I will ask someone to go and get it for you." Dong Han stated.

"No need. I will get it myself." Wen Jingguo said.

"Oh... Then, let me lead the way." Dong Han stated.

The two of the men walked to the courtyard. They happened to see the captain who had been in charge of finding Bai Xifeng. The captain bowed and greeted them.

"Lord Dong, Lord Wen." The captain said in a respectful tone.

"It seems something serious happened. What is it?" Wen Jingguo asked.

Dong Han laughed. "The slaves that I bought escaped. They are going to find them."

"Oh... I see." Wen Jingguo lost his interest. "Let’s go and grab the herbs."

The captain was shocked when he heard that his master wanted to go to the herbs room. He remembered that the room was empty after being robbed by the missing men. He could not his master knew about the matter. He delayed them.

"Lord, how about I fetch the herbs for you?" The captain offered his help.

"No need. Lord Wen wants to go to the herbs room himself to take the herbs. You should go back and continue your work. You still don’t find the men? My daughter wants him tonight. You should go and catch the man." Dong Han stated.

The captain was shaking when Dong Han and Wen Jingguo walked past him. He knew he would be screwed when these two lords arrived at the herbs room.

Dong Han and Wen Jingguo arrived at the courtyard. Dong Han was wondered why so many people here. Usually, only ten to twelve people would be assigned to guard this courtyard. But today, the numbers seemed to exceed that.

"What happened here?" Dong Han asked a guard.
