Bai Xifeng took out the stew that she cooked yesterday. She also took out some bread. She wanted to drip the bread into the stew. Ning Shoukai looked at the stew. His stomach let out some sounds.

"Okay." Ning Shoukai nodded.

"Young Master Shoukai!" His subordinates exclaimed.

"It is rude to reject Sir Bai multiple times. Not to mention, I am hungry." Ning Shoukai said.

He walked toward them and sat on the opposite side of Bai Xifeng and Liu Longwei. Bai Xifeng handed out a bowl and some bread to Ning Shoukai.

One of the subordinates wanted to slap the bowl from Ning Shoukai’s hand as they thought it was poisonous. However, Ning Shoukai moved the bowl away from the subordinates.

"What are you doing?" Ning Shoukai scolded them.

"But it is poisonous." The subordinate said.

"Who says so?" Ning Shoukai shouted.

"But you reacted..." The subordinate hesitated.

"That’s because the stew is so delicious. I want to know about the stew. What’s inside it and how to cook the stew." Ning Shoukai asseverated in an angry tone.

"What?" The subordinate was speechless.

"Sir Bai, who makes this stew? It is so delicious. I want to try to make it." Ning Shoukai asked Bai Xifeng with shining eyes.

At first, Bai Xifeng was stunned. She did not expect that Ning Shoukai was a foodie too. Bai Xifeng started to tell Ning Shoukai what ingredients and how to make the stew like this. The subordinates were dumbfounded seeing the two men chatting about how to make the delicious stew.

"I wonder what are you doing to make them terrified only just hearing your name." Bai Xifeng said.

"Hmm... Maybe next time. I want to sleep first. If you stop anywhere, please wake me up." Bai Xifeng said.

Liu Longwei just smiled and continued to drive the carriage. Bai Xifeng was not actually sleeping. She just went into the cultivation state where her spirit travelled to the seas inside her body.
