Chapter 147: Chapter 144

I didn’t feel like responding to Steve for now, I just felt really upset, like my mind was going blank.

If my parents saw this news, they would be super pissed, especially my mom, her health wasn’t good, she needed to keep her emotions in check

Holding back my anger, I dialed Damon’s number

He didn’t pick up

The second time I tried calling him, he even hung up on me

I was livid. I needed to find someone to take down those news as soon as possible, because if they continued to spread, things would get worse

First, I shared the situation in our group chat, asking Luna and others to help me out with this.

Besides reaching out to the person who posted it and asking them to delete it, I also needed to be ready legally. If they refuse to take down the content, then I would have no choice but to go to court.

Surprisingly, the poster was Adamant about not deleting it.

I didn’t know his identity, but I could sense from our conversation that he wasn’t afraid of me calling the police. Soon after, Luna called me. I told her what happened and she asked me, "Are you sure only Damon has those photos?"

"I think so, but I’m not sure if he’s the one who posted them" I answered, frowning

"Well, he must be doing this on purpose to get back at you!" Luna said angrily. "He must be doing this because of the Ariel Bitch incident. Eliana, let’s find a hacker and get rid of those photos"

"Okay, you go ahead and get that sorted, I’ll go find Damon. I needed to get some answers from Damon. If he was the one who posted the photos, then he needed to be the one to solve this problem, otherwise those photos might show up again."

I drove to Moonlight Estates, thinking he might be there.

But when I arrived, Damon wasn’t there.

I had no choice but to go to Starlight Estates. From what I remember, Damon didn’t like Starlight Estates, I didn’t think he would return there after our divorce.

The lights at Starlight Estates were on, the servants I had asked James to hire were bustling around, I had no idea what they were busy with.

When they saw me, one of them exclaimed in surprise, "Mrs. Coleman?"

Then she realized she got it wrong and quickly corrected herself, "Ms Brooks, what brings you here?"

"I’m looking for Damon, is he here?" I asked.

"Mr. Coleman isn’t here." The maid looked a bit weird, her tone was awkward, "Ms. Brooks, why don’t you try calling Mr. Coleman?"

I looked at the villa not far away, the light in the master bedroom was on. If Damon wasn’t there, then who was inside?

I had a strong feeling that led me towards the villa.

"The Coleman family sure is loaded, look at this living room, it’s as big as our old house... In the living room," Dean was exclaiming

"Dean, do you think it’s okay for us to move in here?" Cherry asked hesitantly.

Dean was sitting on my custom-made sofa, comforting Cherry, "We had no choice, Ariel is very strong, she wouldn’t accept Mr. Coleman’s money. We had to sell the house we just bought to pay for her upcoming surgery, where else could we live?"

Cherry sighed, then turned her head When she saw me standing in the doorway, her face changed immediately

Dean also saw me and immediately stood up, looking at me awkwardly.

They were both here, I guessed Ariel must be in the master bedroom upstairs.

"Ms. Brooks!" Cherry called out to me as I started walking upstairs.

I clenched my fists, my anger flaring up. This villa at Starlight Estates was the wedding gift from the Coleman and Brooks families to Damon and me.

Every piece of decoration, every piece of furniture, was handpicked by me as I decorated it with high expectations.

Damon putting Ariel here was even worse than him putting her in the Moonlight Estates in my past life!

Even if we were divorced, he couldn’t let Ariel live in a place I had guarded for a whole five years!

Damon could choose to sell it, keep it empty, or even redecorate it before letting Ariel move in, I could accept that.

I reached the door of the master bedroom, the door was slightly open, warm yellow light and Ariel’s chatting voice were seeping out, "Nicole, you can come play at Starlight Estates after you return, there are plenty of rooms, you won’t need to worry about a place to stay!"

Cherry had followed me and her face turned extremely awkward when she heard Ariel’s words.

I pushed the door open, Ariel was clearly startled when she saw me, "Eliana..."

Looking at her face, I felt disgusted

I walked up to her, snatched her phone and smashed it on the ground, then slapped her hard across the face, ’Get out of my house with your parents, now!"

"How can you hit her?" Cherry rushed over to shield Ariel, looking at me with hatred for the first time, "Ms. Brooks, Mr. Coleman was busy today, he had Cooper arrange for us to come here, we didn’t ask to come!"

Ariel was covering her face, her eyes welling up with tears.

"Stop with the excuses, you leave now or I won’t be so nice!"

I raised my voice and said without hesitation, "Cherry, you always say you don’t support your daughter being with Damon, but have you ever really opposed it? Now you and your husband are ready to rely on your daughter marrying into a rich family and becoming rich overnight?"

Cherry was stunned, her face pale.

When Ariel heard my harsh words, she wiped her tears and confronted me, "You’ve divorced Mr. Coleman, this mansion isn’t yours. What right do you have to kick us out?"

I snorted, opening my handbag where the property division agreement Damon gave me was kept.

In front of Ariel, Cherry, and Dean, I unfolded the agreement and signed my name without any hesitation, "Now half of this mansion is mine, you guys can leave"

Ariel was stunned. She probably never expected me to sign the property division agreement under such circumstances.

Footsteps echoed from the stairwell Dean and Cooper appeared first, followed by Damon.

Seeing me, Cooper seemed a bit quilty

Damon’s face was cold, his eyes sharply swept over Ariel and me

Ariel looked helplessly at Damon, "Mr. Coleman, Cooper brought us here, but Eliana came over and hit me, telling us to leave, this..."

"How could you hit Ariel? It was Damon who asked me to arrange for Ariel and them. If there’s a mistake, it’s mine!" Cooper retorted angrily

I had never felt so irritated. Listening to Ariel’s complaints, Coopers accusations, I held back my discomfort and went to the cloakroom.

As expected, all the clothes and jewelry I didn’t take with me were messed up.

I picked up the silk nightgown left on the floor and stormed out, throwing it at Ariel. "You’re even wearing my nightgown. Don’t you feel disgusted?"
