Eliana looked at Ariel, her eyes filled with surprise and curiosity. She had never expected Nicole to show up at the hospital, especially during such a vulnerable time. "What do you want?," Eliana replied, her voice filled with uncertainty.

Ariel nodded, understanding the weight of the situation. "I know we’ve had our differences, Eliana, but I genuinely care about you and the well-being of our baby. I want to be here to support you, if you’ll let me."

"I don’t need your help, leave here!" Eliana replied

Thinking they had already left. Eliana got up from the bed to retrieve something from a nearby shelf.But little did she know, they were still there, silently observing her every move.

Before she picked the book,she suddenly felt someone push her. Before she could react, she lost her balance and fell, the impact causing her to cry out in agony.

The commotion drew the attention of the medical staff, who rushed to Eliana’s side. The doctor quickly assessed the situation and determined that the fall had resulted in a miscarriage. Eliana’s world shattered in that moment, her dreams of motherhood slipping away.

Ariel and Nicole watched from a distance, their guilt hidden behind false concern.

As Eliana lay in the hospital bed, grief and confusion enveloping her.

Luna sighed, Eliana, you’re too naive. You should have told Damon when you were pregnant. Why should he and that Ariel bitch have a good life?"

"I planned to be a single mom, I didn’t want any complications with Damon because of a child, I just didn’t expect But I didn’t know I was pregnant at first, I took some cold medicine and painkillers, the doctor gave me a shot, the baby might not be healthy since the beginning, it’s prone to accidents." I turned to look at Mitch, his handsome face showing shock and disbelief.
