Saira didn’t looked back but speeded up after nodding her head once.

"Huh! really! hunch became real."

"But... it is good to know that she is one of our close and trustworthy person then." Gin shook his head while smiling.

Giving a look at sea one last time Gin ran to right direction toward wilderness, exact opposite of that lake.

Stepping in wilderness Gin broke the seal of bracelet.

’Musa, scan the vicinity and give me location of beast at Super rank.’ Wasting no time Gin gave new orders to Musa just after letting him free.

’Master, what was that sudden power up, i felt a little while back?’ Now that he is out, Musa is really interested to know what exactly happened.

’We can talk about that but before scan the area around now, quick! It is urgent and short of time!’

’Yes.’ Sensing persistence in his tone Musa immediately spread his spiritual sense. ’No beast at super.’

Literally next moment Gin crossed fifty km just as he applied force on his legs. Next step another fifty km. But they didn’t found what they were searching for. Musa’s speculation is when few days ago during awakening of Gin, beasts were frightened by him. Beasts above super rank must have also felt the danger in vicinity of wilderness and fled quite far. Only leaving those who aren’t scared like beasts inside that lake and those who couldn’t perceive danger or have not enough intelligence to make decision of fleeing.

After crossing more than twenty thousand km they search again like usual.

Musa spread it again ’Fifteen km to left’. He made an arrow with soul power acting as a pointer, just like they were doing during the hunt previously.

Next moment Gin appeared infront a shadow leopard. Seeing dark energy around it he immediately tried to use light element.

But found he couldn’t even gather light elemental energy, let alone fight with it.

Shadow twin leopard taking advantage of that moment, has already gathered dark element in its two tails and four paws, and most importantly covered its jaw.

And attacked at the same time, pounced on him with dark energy ball gathering on its mouth.

Gin’s movement was restricted from backslash of failed attempt of light element gathering.

Leopard hit him on chest with its open mouth and dark ball of energy exploded on Gin, sending him flying quite a distance and leopard also bounced back from force of the impact.

Thanks to having affinity of dark element and strong vitality, Gin only got some light wounds here and there. But his cloths are fully intact without any sort of damage.

Gin also noticed this oddity while checking for injuries and observing leopard at distance.

’Master, where did you get this cloths, they are most likely made from excellent quality materials and also very high rank!’ Musa also took notice through his scan while keeping eye on surroundings. He remember never seeing this robe on Gin.

’What rank is this leopard at?

’Hmm (🤔), might be middle or top rank. I think my spiritual sense can detect upto initial rank.’

Gin held his chin while locking his eye with leopard at distance who was once again gathering dark energy on its jaw. ’Then this robe should be at peak rank or Supreme rank. After all not even a small scratch is on it.

With enough dark energy gathered leopard charged, this time with much bigger dark sphere.

Gin got enough time to move around this time and counter attack. Tracking leopards position roots came out of ground and bind it in spot by wrapping around its four legs as green coloured energy passed through sole of both of his feet to ground.

Gin felt happy discovering even his wood element affinity has been boosted just like water element.

But next moment his happy mood vanished as dark element around paws of leopard corroded roots visibly.

’It won’t do, I could only contend with Mira because both of us were not exactly in synergy with our elements and attributes despite having high raw force. And dark element is naturally bane of most elements in same rank.

I might not get hurt too much because of my own affinity but it will be tough to kill it...without soul energy.’

Gin calculated ways to defeat the leopard without use of soul for some reason.

’Master, it never flied once even when it bounced back from explosion previously. If it had taken off in air at that time, it could have saved itself some trouble and brushes. And fighting in the air always have upper hand.’

Gin though for split second ’Which means it might have never learned to fly.’

Looking at the oncoming leopard smile in his face blossomed ’Hahaha, if it is true then this beast is in for a big surprise.’

From second time Gin never got hit by as he is generally faster than the shadow twin leopard and only physically counter attacked which didn’t affect it much.

His strength also might have increased but only slightly, not even little close to his vitality and speed.

Quite some time later with continuously dodging and attacking with fist-kicks. Suddenly ground beneath cracked and leopard fell below hollow hole underneath.

Puchi!

Soft flesh piercing sound came through hole second after leopard fell inside.

Gin moved closer toward hole to check its situation but before he could get near it.

Hole became darker than natural darkness of tunnel and a dark energy beam flew out covering total edge of the hole.

Only few seconds later it stopped coming out of the ground hole (🕳).

"Wow! such force! Dark element made even hole more bigger and smoother. Now it really looks like some vertical tunnel to underground world." Gin exclaimed in admiration seeing the creativity of leopard.

Next moment a shadow shot out from the tunnel. Gin jumped back seeing it.

As expected leopard came out but wounded all over with wooden spikes and wooden nails pierced through various places, mostly packed below belly. Blood dripping from wounds without healing, being prevented from wooden spikes and nails.
