"You can hear us?" One of the giant and most dangerous Grimmalkin who looked like a leader asked.

Si Kai moved backward with the help of his hands and looked at the leader.

"You can hear us?" The Grimmalkin asked again with a slight interest in his voice there was also a hint of certainty present in his voice.

Si Kai gulped and turned to run away but had only taken 2 steps before falling again.

The leader laughed,

"Don’t you dare run kid, even if you were in your peak condition, you wouldn’t be able to outrun me."

Arrogance was dripping from the words of the leader but Si Kai didn’t care. After all, the leader was telling the truth.

"Yes...yes..." Si Kai said slowly.

It took a whole 3 minutes for the leader to understand that Si Kai was giving the answer to his first question.

"You can?" The leader asked with delight.

Si Kai nodded.

"We can’t kill him!" The leader said to his pack.

"But why boss?"

"Boss, do you want him all by yourself? Aren’t you being greedy?"

"Shut up! He can understand us, and he also knows the human language. We can use him to negotiate with the humans.

And when we finally attack those filthy humans, we can use him to spy on them and get to know their strategy." The leader explained.

"Does he belong to the legendary Beast Tamer tribe?" One of the Grimmalkin asked.

After all, other than a few people from the capital, only those Beast Tamer used to have this power.

The Leader’s expression stiffened and he denied,

"How could he be a Beast Tamer? Didn’t our ancestor, destroyed all the books containing information about Beast Tamer?

Not to mention, all the Beast Tamer were commanded to be killed the moment we found them. So how could any be left?

Also, did you forget that Beast Tamers are 10 times more powerful than Mage? If he was a Beast Tamer, then those higher-ups would never give up on such an important resource! Why would they throw away such treasure?"

The more the Leader said those words, the more confident he became.

All the other members felt that the leader was right.

Beast Tamer Tribe was the natural enemy of Beasts. Their ancestors worked hard to eliminate the members of those tribes and even made sure that even if by chance any human was lucky enough to have the Beast Tamer body type...i.e. the Inordinate Body type, then they would be suppressed for the rest of their life.

Even though the leader was the one who calmed down everyone, he still was suspicious and decided to report to the higher-ups.

The leader looked at Si Kai,

"Hey, you! Come with us."

Si Kai shook his head,

"I don’t want to go anywhere with you."

The leader walked toward Si Kai with a sinister smile and said,

"Kid, I am not patient with Humans. Only because you can act as a translator to us and be useful, is that I am being polite otherwise, humans like you are killed by me within a few seconds."

Si Kai gritted his teeth.

From their conversation, he understood that these Beast were against Beast Tamer. Once they found out that he was a Beast Tamer too, they would kill him without a second.

For now, he should think of ways to delay. And once he got the chance he could run away!

Even though there were many things in their conversation that bothered Si Kai he didn’t show it on his face.

Si Kai pretended to be calm,

"Oh yeah? But I need some time to think about your suggestion."

"Kid take as much time as you want..." The leader couldn’t finish his words as another dangerous aura was sensed by him.

The leader’s face changed,

"Why are so many Master Class beasts running in this direction? Is it because of this kid?"

"Maybe they are attracted to his scent just like us?" One of the Grimmalkins replied.

The leader’s face changed as he commanded,

"You don’t have to be polite anymore, take away the kid, first wash away his scent though."

The kid in front of him was a precious opportunity, one that could help him to advance his position.

The pack member immediately jumped on Si Kai.

Si Kai was subconsciously about to use his power when he heard a nonchalant voice,

"Kid move backward."

Principal Feng was stunned by Gu Jin’s condition.

The girl who could remain calm even when she obtained one of the most precious elements, was now panicking.

Her aura had been transformed into that of a killer, at the same time her Mana Energy was getting chaotic.

"Calm down..." Principal Feng said.

Gu Jin didn’t even bother to hear him as she said,

"I know it’s rude to suddenly ask for help. But I promise that one day I will repay you. Just help me this time."

The confidence she was emitting was impeccable. It was as if her success was guaranteed and she would repay his favor for sure.

Gu Jin didn’t even realize how beautiful she looked.

Principal Feng sighed,

"Jin I know that you are anxious but you first have to tell me your problem before I can help you!"

Gu Jin realized her mistake and said,

"Yeah, right. My little brother he is taken away by the Si family and now they are claiming that they haven’t taken him away. Could you please locate his whereabouts?"

Principal Feng’s brows furrowed as he asked,

"Why did they take away your brother, did you offend them?"

"No!" Gu Jin firmly said.

She hesitated a bit before explaining Principal Feng the truth.

Principal Feng was surprised when he heard Gu Jin’s explanation.

From the impression he had of Gu Jin, he always thought of her as a cold person.

Which was indeed true.

However now he knew that even a cold person like Gu Jin has a soft side.

Gu Jin finished explaining the truth and said,

"So can we go now?"

She said it with such confidence as if she was sure that Principal Feng would help her.

Promise Feng was stunned when he got to know that even though the residential building’s security knew about the kidnapping they didn’t inform Gu Jin.

However, the Si family was much worse than those security guards.

Haven’t they already cut off all ties with Si Kai, why do they still want to kill him?

"Don’t Worry I talk with that old foggy of the Si family, you go and rest."

Gu Jin directly sat down on the chair opposite to him,

"Then please do so."

Si Hanchu who was still busy looking at the documents paused,

"Si Kai?"

"Yes!" The assistant replied.

Si Hanchu paused,

"Does my brother know?"

Si Kai was his brother son’s, while the person who attacked Si Kai was the second elder. Both of them were important for the Si Family, hence before making any decisions, Si Hanchu wanted to know everything.
