I manage to read for about 1.2k chapters and stop after that. The Author killed the potential of this book for me. I didn't like the helplessness of MC on every women he encounter in his life, he is most of the times used to being abused and taken granted of women surrounding him. Heck at some point I'm even confused in his preferences where MC sometimes gets thoughts of having relationship with men (i.e. Axelor junkie and Skull Architect) I don't mind any of that its just that a bit confusing but non the less added to MC character. In summary this is a cultivation novel with Sci-Fi settings, there are alot of good plots but most of the times boring to the point you can go ahead and skip few pages.
Yeah it is slow and long. But I never get bored I'm skipped 1,2 chapter's some time but I love this novel. If you are interested in a non repetitive novel then it is for you.
An extremely slow burn High scifi story mixed with elements of magic and cultivation. The main character can't be consider a good person by any possible definition of the word. He is a mad scientist, a war criminal, a mass murderer of trillions of humans and aliens, a war profiteer, a prolific scam artist who prays on people of faith in order to manipulate them, a slave owner and over all mad man with a god complex. He is also very fond of cats. The story has slow and boring points, random tangents, and some very loose logical justifications at times but I find it a rather unique story and compelling read overall. The author probably grew up playing mech warrior games and never got over it.
This is a great story with considerable world building and character development, but it is a very slow burn. There is also a war arc that stretched far more than it should have, but the author learned his lesson and started working with smaller arcs since. This arc is generally where people drop the novel, but I'd say it is worth persisting through it. It doesn't help that the main character ends up in a questionable relationship right after, but that too improve with time.
Been reading since it started gradual growth of the MC some may find it slow but is quite in tune with the plot, sci-fi Element in a cultivation LN as it gradually becomes clear over time in LN. Will be reading it till the end of The MC's journey
ok as most novels at the start its a bit too wordy for explanations so the good parts are when he advances to journyman and has actual powers and makes a bigger impact on the galactic scale. The description of his customers are always my favorite. IT starts out as a business building to a bit of cult, elderitch horrors, empire building, and epic fights. I suggest you speed read through the war arch as it dragged on too much. Also for his love interest is it such a interesting dynamic where it isnt a harem, but ppl do hate her.
One of the best but not for everyone.
It is right to point out that it is an Epic that understands and takes into account the passage of time.
So we will have a protagonist who starts out as a substantially immature boy until he grows up, gets married, has children, etc., with very important growth and psychological changes that will persist following events that will leave their mark over time.
Initially, the protagonist begins with a "system" that will be substantially abandoned over time, even if not completely, as the risks of using it will be understood, thus departing from the original genre.
The world and the structure of the universe is original and extremely important, solid to the point that it can easily stand on its own, which will be enriched as further discoveries on the dark side of this futuristic society are made.
The mc is neither good nor evil, in reality I find him with extremely realistic behavior, he pursues his own goals, he is not intrinsically evil but he will almost always put himself first.
It is a novel with over 5000 chapters, which does not rush to give you everything immediately, and it is clear that with so many chapters some arcs inevitably slow down or do not maintain a constant pace.
However, for better or worse I have been following it since it was in chapter 100 and among science fiction novels for me it remains the best (and I have difficult tastes in science fiction).
I didn't really like the course that the novel took after the great separation, but the author tried hard to give a coherent context in the technological aspect that followed, mixing two genres that in my opinion have nothing in common .
These are events that happen around cap 5000 that clearly change human society.
For the moment, the drift it has taken continues to work
I dropped this long time ago. No progress on MC, side character are useless, simp simp simp. Only the first few hundreds chapter are good, then the rest is shit, 5k chapter full of shit. Idk why the author still writing, is anyone even read his latest chapter 😂
I went thought the pain so y'all don't have to. Story was good for the first couple hundred chapters and then it got increasingly annoying and dumb. The MC's already abismal growth comes to an almost staggering halt for about 2k chapters, then he basically becomes a simp and yeah I just stopped after that. So much potential killed by it's own author
The story left me speechless!! The first couple of chapters it felt boring but damn the story got real interesting very quick. There are no fillers, the author utilized every single character mentioned in the plot/story <3
