"Guards!" Abramo, who thought the wolves were attacking the royal function and feared anyone would get hurt immediately, shouted, and the vampires immediately stepped ahead with their guns in their hands.

However, before they could even pull the trigger, Elliana raised her hand and flattened it in the direction of the wolves.

As soon as she did that, two large walls were formed around the wolves on either side, creating a clear path that let them run towards her without being attacked by vampires or even letting them see, and people started gasping.

"What is happening?"

"She is a monster?"

"Does that mean she was planning an attack on the royal Kingdom?"

"Why is no one doing anything?"

"The royals should take action against her,"

People started to comment.

"Do you even know what is happening? If not then shut the fuck up. They are not here to attack us. Those are Princess’s friends. They follow her and are here to plead with her not to go and leave them alone. What do you know about her to call her a monster?" Dexter raised his voice and was about to throw hands on the man when Alcinder held his hand.

Though Alcinder was equally shocked by everything unfolding in front of him, he didn’t know his friends would get into a fight at the moment. Things were already complicated as they were.

Elliana looked at the five most familiar wolves that stopped right at the edge of the stage, their gaze holding hurt and pain for her.

She turned around and looked at Sebastian’s eyes which were full of emotions, the major ones being surprise and disbelief and didn’t know what to say.

Sebastian stepped ahead and was about to grab Elliana’s hand when she raised her hand to push him away, but nothing happened.

Elliana looked at him surprised while the man in front of her smirked.

His beast was talking.

"Nice try, princess. But I think I told you magic doesn’t really work on me," Sebastian said before he glared at his elder sister.

"Don’t come between husband and wife, sister Ella," Sebastian scoffed.

"She was your wife, Sebastian. She has already divorced you. I prepared those papers myself," Glow signed, and Sebastian’s pupils dilated.

"You!" Sebastian’s eyes turned black and he raised his hand to hold Glow’s hand but before he could even touch it, Elliana raised a firewall between them, making him retreat his hand.

"My magic might not directly work on you, but these elements surely will," Elliana said before she looked at others.

"Have you guys lost your mind? What are you doing here risking your lives, you stupid nincompoops!" Elliana raised her voice at everyone.

"I... I don’t want your protection! I was with you guys until I was a human, but now I am a dark witch. Do you guys not understand what a dark witch is? We sacrifice people and their happiness for our benefit! I am a dark soul," Elliana said to everyone, frustration clear in her eyes.

"If you are a dark soul, suck the life out of us one by one. If that’s what will satisfy you, we are ready to sacrifice our happiness if it will keep you with us," Jennifer said, turning into her human form, a dress immediately appearing on her body.

Elliana looked at them resolutely before looking away.

"Do you think you are filming some kind of dark romance movie? This is reality, not fiction. How can you ask someone to suck your souls one by one? When I saved your lives two years ago, I didn’t do that to take your life and happiness away from you! How many times I told you to -"

"We are done!" Sasha shouted in frustration for the first time, and Elliana shook in her place, looking at the girl in disbelief.

This was the first fine any of them dared to raise their voice and show this animosity towards her.

"We have had enough, boss! Don’t you get it? We have devoted our life to you. If it’s not about you, it doesn’t hold any meaning at all! Why do you need them? You are even leaving us because of them. It’s like... It’s like we are orphans again. How could you do this to us?" Sasha cried.

Elliana’s eyes brimmed with tears as she hooked her head.

"No... don’t say this, Sasha. I never... You guys are not orphans," Elliana whispered.

Her hands trembled before she let go of her anger and her body swayed, making Glow immediately hold her.

Sebastian stepped forward instinctively, but Elliana raised her hand, and a large ice shield was created between them and Sebastian, making everyone gasp.

"Yo-" Before Elliana could start speaking, Sebastian punched the thick ice wall, and it crumbled into pieces.

Glow immediately stood erect in front of Elliana to protect her from any ice blocks that would hurt her, but Elliana’s powers had already created a shield in front of her.

"Don’t interrupt me and let me talk to you!" Sebastian raised his voice at her.

"You want to talk? First, answer me. Are you okay with me being a dark witch?!" Elliana asked, looking at him and Sebastian gulped.

His head turned hot.

All the injustice he felt because of the curse that Elliana’s grandmother gave to his mom, how his mother suffered in agony at the thought of their family never accepting him, how he had to live away from his family all his life, everything flashed in front of his eyes, freezing him in his place.

Elliana’s eyes turned violet again, and she blinked her eyes softly.

"That’s what I thought too," Elliana smiled.

"Enjoy your party, King Sebastian," Elliana said, saying Sebastian’s name like this for the first time.

Glow held Elliana’s hand and pulled her all the way towards her bike.

She didn’t need to tell Elliana what she wanted, and Elliana sat behind the bike like a good girl.

"Ella, Ella, where are you going? You can’t leave like this, daughter. You...you were alive all this time. Why didn’t you contact anyone? Do you have -" Freya started, but Glow accelerated the bike with a neutral expression.

"You killed me the moment you threw me away because you were ashamed of me," Glow signed to Freya, leaving the woman on the side of the venue, crying before she sped away the bike.

The sound of multiple bikes going off and wolves howling echoed one last time as they practically kidnapped Elliana in front of everyone.
