The Masked Vampire King's Accidental Bride
Chapter 155: How dare he?

Chapter 155: How dare he?

Lucas gulped. He wanted his prince and princess to be together. But this kind of obsession was -

Lethal. It might not be the right word to describe it, but it was best fitting to the situation.

Sebastian’s red eyes were almost turning black. Lucas has never seen his prince being so obsessed over something.

Has the beauty finally made her way into the beast’s heart? But then again, was Elliana really the beauty of the story? He would’ve believed it if not for the earlier events.

The amount of anger that the Princess exuded at that time, she was nowhere near the same girl who beams just by looking at a pastry.

What if this was only a part of her anger and she was hiding much more? Was that why Prince was still wary of her?

Does that mean she was not the one who would be able to tame the devil inside the prince and end the prophecy? If not, then does this mean the prince and princess won’t get their happily ever after?

No. What the hell was he thinking about? His prince was practically gouging the eyes of a witch in front of him, how can he think of something else? Lucas shook his head and looked at his prince.

Sebastian trailed the knife at the tip of her jaws.

"I hated it. You heard it? I hated every second of her hand on your neck. Every second of her attention you stole from me. You see, she is not temperamental nor does she become aggressive and possessive so easily. So when she does that, I want her to look at me, and only me. Only I should see her possessive anger," Sebastian sighed.

"So how could I see it? Hmm? Wouldn’t you be sad too if you were in my place? The way she looked into your eyes and whispered into your ears, wasn’t I supposed to become jealous? I hated it. Her anger, her love, her care, everything should belong to me," Sebastian asked like a hurt kid whose favorite toy was given to someone else.

"But you did something good too," Sebastian nodded at himself.

"The only good thing you did was make me meet the kind of girl hidden inside her, which I would love to tame and take. But that doesn’t mean I won’t punish you," Sebastian said before he pulled out her another eye, making her scream again.

The screams soon started to turn into helpless and powerless whimpers.

The loss of blood started to get to the little witch as her head started to become dizzy, and she finally drifted into a never-ending slumber.

"I can’t believe you still won’t answer me," Sebastian whispered and asked her, pulling the dagger out and then plunging the dagger inside her neck.

"What is the use of this mouth if it can’t speak?" Sebastian’s push was so hard that the dagger went straight through her throat, the tip coming out on the other side.

"Sir,"

"How could you make my wife angry?"

"Sir, she is dead,"

"For the first time, she shushed me today,"

"Sir, she can’t speak. The witch is dead," Lucas tried again.

"The way she looked at me with such animosity, it turned me on so much that I almost lost control with her-"

"Sir, the princess must be awake," Lucas tried again, and surprisingly, it indeed caught Sebastian’s attention.

"You are right. She must be awake -" Sebastian looked down at his attire before narrowing his brows.

Right. His princess needs him. He should be there for her.

"I got blood on my clothes. She won’t like this. I don’t want to scare her the moment she is awake. There is still some time before I bring her into my world and torture that innocent mind of hers," Sebastian said, and Lucas gulped.

"This body, throw it in the river. Let me feed those Sirens some witch blood. Her blood tastes just like her intentions. Negative,"

Sebastian kicked the dead body away from him, the squelching sound of the blood making him smile.

"I have your clothes ready in the next room, sir. You can take a shower and change while I handle this stuff," Lucas said, and Sebastian hummed.

After thirty minutes, Lucas and Sebastian jumped back into the Inn from the back side.

"I’ll go check her," Sebastian’s voice was gruff when he noticed Lucas was following him to the Princess’ room too.

"Yes, sir. I’ll be in my assigned room. Please call me whenever you have new orders," Lucas bowed and practically ran to his room.

Sebastian sighed and leaned on the wall beside Elliana’s room, contemplating if he was ready to see her.

Killing has always been fun and exciting for him. The devil inside him loves every second of it. The way he inflicts pain on others who did him wrong or tried to get in his way has always been oddly satisfying, despite how his parents were good people.

Or maybe they also had a side that no one noticed.

With a deep exasperated sigh, Sebastian turned to the door and placed his hand on the knob.

As soon as his skin came in contact with the metal thing, his aura changed again.

Someone was here before he arrived. Not just someone, but a witch. A very powerful one at that.

Sebastian suppressed the urge to growl and warn every single species on this island to stay the hell away from his wife. He took a deep breath to control himself.

Why the hell are they targeting her? Could it be because he took that witch as captive and they wanted to hurt what belongs to him?

But if that had been the case, why didn’t they take her away? Sebastian turned the knob, and the seriousness, anger, animosity, annoyance, everything dissolved into nothingness when his gaze fell on his beautiful human wife.

His pure and pretty innocent wife.

Sebastian walked to her bed and narrowed his brows when his gaze fell on a foreign hand that was near her duvet on the other side.

Dexter. It was the princess’s friend. But why the hell was he sleeping here?

"Sir, I am sorry to disturb you, but I wanted to let you know that sir Vincenzo has been calling and -" Lucas paused when he felt his prince’s angry gaze.

He followed his gaze and gulped at the sight.

"How dare he come in here and sleep beside my wife?" Sebastian’s voice once again turned cold.

Lucas- "..." That boy was sleeping on a chair that was ten feet away from the princess.

Sebastian walked to the boy sitting on the chair, his nails elongating dangerously.

He was there to kill. His killing desire was evoked once again. Lucas could see it in the prince’s stance.

Sebastian looked at the boy observantly, his smile and words echoing in his head. He likes his wife, no?

How dare he? How dare he like her?

Sebastian extended his hand to grab the neck of the so-called minister’s son, but before his hand could even touch a strand of Dexter’s hair, he heard slight shuffling on the bed, and he retreated his hand, along with his nails.

"Mmmmm," Elliana groaned in displeasure, and Sebastian immediately walked to her side, making Lucas sigh in relief.

If the princess had been late even for a minute, she would’ve surely lost a dear friend under her Mr. Marino’s jealousy. Lucas shook his head, knowing very well that if he stayed here for another minute, he might as well become his prince’s next target.

He looked at the boy who was sleeping comfortably, unaware that this sleep was about to become his last sleep.

"Hey, you should go back to your room," Lucas shook Dexter, and when the man didn’t budge, he practically lifted him and there him on his shoulder, wobbling a bit because of his weight.

He might as well bear some weight rather than risk another life at his prince’s hands. Lucas walked out of the room and closed the door before heaving a breath of relief.
