A silver-white Spiritual Power Floating Car landed in front of the Administration Hall of Star Town.

Flanked by dozens of guards dressed in silver robes with a silver ring embroidered on their chests, Mephit finally returned to Star Town.

The Guard Captain found Rod and cautioned him, "There’s a problem with Mephit’s Soul Curse; we can’t seal her other two characteristics, so we had to use an imprint that suppresses Spiritual Energy to limit her abilities."

Anger flashed across the Guard Captain’s face, but he couldn’t refute Rod’s words.

She approached and meticulously draped the robe over him, fastening the belt.

Then she took out the Elder Council appointment contract and unfurled it in front of the Guard Captain.

She looked at him sternly, speaking in an aloof tone from a position of authority, "Mind your language. Mr. Rod is now a candidate for the Elder Council of the Supreme Council. According to the rules of Royal City, he has the authority to command you to carry out tasks within his jurisdiction."

The air seemed to freeze at this moment.

Rod unfastened the Elder robe and returned it to Molly, reverting back to his former appearance.
